Enjoy wonderful ocean and beach views from the living room, master bedroom, and patio. The sand is a 5-second walk from the back patio! **Please note: This is a great vacation cottage condo with the quickest access possible to the sand and the ease of public restrooms and rinse stations right in front of you. While staying in A19 its easy to get caught up in the beach energy as you are located on the corner of The Strand and Breakwater Way. The condo's unique location and back deck is perfect for people watching and enjoying the laid back beach vibe. On the weekends the location is a car lovers paradise as you'll see every type of car imaginable from classic restorations to sports cars and tripped out cars that can raise and lower, tilt from side-to-side and bounce to the music. We would not however recommend this property if your goal in a quiet secluded retreat.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The entire condo features granite countertops and new porcelain, plank tile. The kitchen is also equipped with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and everything you need to serve up some tasty meals! The dining area comfortably seats 6.

LIVING AREAS
Enjoy comfortable and modern furniture pieces throughout the unit. The living area is tastefully furnished with plenty of comfortable sitting arrangements. Relax on the large sectional couch and unwind by watching your favorite shows on the large smart flat-screen TV with cable included. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

SLEEPING
A19 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master suite has a new King-size Revive Copper Cool-Tek Medium Firm Hybrid mattress (2025). The second bedroom has two full-size beds. There is also a Queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room for additional arrangements. The bedrooms also each host flat screen tvs with cable.

EXTRAS
A porta-crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with smaller guests.
1 assigned parking space in the garage below the building.
Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.
A19 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2)

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the Goldilocks Zone all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
