The beds are not too comfortable and the pillows are few. No AC in the unit, was hot during the day but good thing, it gets cooler at night. The 2 electric fans needs cleaning. It was pricey but overall it was good.
Blown away to have a mule deer drop by and hang around grazing, not 10 ft away from the door. It was a bit noisy from passing traffic on Sat. night as someone mentioned, but it was a holiday weekend and the other nights were fine. There is a nice flatscreen TV in the living room, upgraded from what you see in the pictures. The rooms are large and spacious, I would definitely recommend. The only thing that was just okay was the onsight host, fortunately we didn't need a thing, really glad we got to stay there versus a hotel room. Nice fairly level walk from the pier, the picture of the street shows the walk from the pier to the condo. The Vons was only a few streets over, there was even a cart in the closet if you needed to bring a lot of groceries. also a couple beach chairs, small coolers, kitchen had everything but I would add one measuring cup if owners see this. The furniture was absolutely comfy. DVD player was appreciated. They've thought of everything.
There were six of us. We were only using VRBO for overnight stay. Didn't cook or need to use a pool, bbq etc. There were small gnats in the kitchen and we think the toile in the master bathroom is leaking thru to the ceiling into the living room. Toilet needs to be repaired as handle stays down and needs to be adjusted manually so water doesn't continue to run. It was very noisy at night many golf carts playing loud music. Blinds allow too much light into the bedrooms that was a negative. Otherwise beds were comfy. I probably would stay elsewhere next time.
The property worked great for our group as it had a room with a queen bed and a twin trundle bed for the parents and kids. Pictures on VRBO made it look a little newer than it was and there were some maintenance issues that didn't really affect our stay but were annoying like dripping faucet, running toilet, dishwasher rack kept coming off the track, We were not informed that the pool on the property was closed due to covid restrictions but preferred the beach anyway. Property was clean and was a nice distance from the main part of town but is on a busy street with lots of golf cart noise until 10 or 11 at night.
