A spacious condo in beautiful Siesta Key, Heated Pool, Tennis, Waterfront Picnic

Location is amazing! You have lots of space in the condo, directions for check in and out were very clear! Thank you so much!

Had a great time with friends. The location is great with the trolley and ride hops. Unit was dated for sure but had most everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. A bit far from the beach unless you like to walk or drive there. Overall nice stay.

Property had broken shower door, badly torn screen on balcony, dirty floors and 1 dishtowel. No ceiling fans in unit, dishwasher was insecure.

Property was as advertised.

The property was in a good location, easy access to everything by walking or taking the free trolley. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked well stocked. We needed to use the pull out couch one night and it had a sign saying it was broken. If you aren’t going to replace it change your listing, I called the property management company and they said a inflatable mattress was provided in condo. Bedrooms were nice. Master bedroom looked over the pool, but at night the pool lights shined into bedroom and the plastic vertical blinds did not keep the light out. Management company was very responsive when called. Easy check in and check out process.

We had a great stay enjoyed the pool and also the dock. We fished and watched the wildlife and sunrise. We also utilized the grill for burgers. Our family had a wonderful vacation.

The place is clean and comfortable just like home, nice neighborhood, convenient location, Siesta beach is beautiful.

While property is across from beach, you cannot see it or access it due to the building in the way. The closest beach access is. 9 miles and is more then a 10 minute walk, especially in 85 degree weather. The pool area is small and fills up by late morning-and that's the office season. There are no umbrellas for shade. The pool is flanked by AC units, so it is always noisy especially when people are talking to each other. Our unit, E53, was dirty and we had to wipe everything down with a Clorox wipe. Our feet were always dirty. The 2 bedrooms had long vertical blinds over the windows that did not block any light at night. The mattresses were hard as a rock. On the up side. The unit was well layed out, the kitchen was well stocked with plates and cookware, the living room furniture was comfortable and the appliances were relatively new-and a washer and dryer. If you don't have a car, stay somewhere else if you want the beach If you stay here, get a clean unit with window curtains.
