Stayed Jul 20, 2025Had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and a great location. Luanne was a great host. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Jul 9, 2025Communication with Luanne was great. Very happy with the location. Short walk to the beach and close to popular spots. However, the master bedroom and bathroom were very small. I would not have stayed if I had known the bathroom was so small. There were no photos of it posted. Not ideal for two people. The mattress in the master was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The toilet in the master did not always flush properly, which Luanne let me know when we checked in. The bunkbed in the second bedroom is very wobbly. There were a few issues with cleanliness, as the floors in the bathrooms were not cleaned and there were layers of dust in certain places. For the location and price I could’ve overlooked some of these issues if there had been a comfortable mattress in the master.

Stayed Aug 22, 2024Our stay was great. The condo was clean and listing was accurate. The only downside was parking for only one vehicle, but being it was nearly the off-season, extra parking wasn’t really an issue.

Stayed Jul 30, 2024The property was delightful. It had everything we needed for our weeklong stay in OC. The owner was communicative and responsive when a slight door issue arose. Value was great and the location was excellent. We hope to be back!

Stayed Aug 7, 2024We had a great time here at Luanne’s condo. The unit was conveniently located near great restaurants and bars and close to the 90 bridge making coming and going easy! Quiet building even next to Seacrets!
