Nice, clean condo in a perfect location.

Overall was good. Could use couch upgrade, several stains on sofa cushions, black mold on ceiling in living room, dining area. Mention only for hosts awareness. Front door security latch needs replacing. Enjoyed close proximity to pool and bbq area.

Location, the outdoor space, amenities in the Maui vista, the kitchen supplies, the comfortable bed.

Would stay here again. Plenty of parking and very quiet even though that road is very lively at night.

Really great location around 5 min from the beach. The pool felt practically private. The condo was very well-stocked, including beach chairs and flotation devices and toys for kids. Shampoo/conditioner and a baking pan would’ve made the experience entirely perfect, but we would definitely stay here again.

It was a great location and felt very safe! Great food trucks and restaurants within a small walk! Very clean and they had towels, cooler and chairs for the beach! I wish the A/C could keep the bedroom cool but that was the only minor downside.

Nice property and great location!

This condo has everything you need for a great stay near the beach. The kitchen has all the necessities and the living room is comfortable for relaxing. Nice quiet bedroom with a comfy bed too. Across the street, the beach is a very easy, short walk, and of course the pool is convenient as well. There are beach chairs, a beach umbrella and other toys for kids of all ages.

It was everything we needed for a Hawaii vacation with family staying in a nearby unit. Near the beach, restaurants. Unit had everything we needed for our stay.

We stayed here for 14 nights and absolutely loved this condo. The location was ideal, and we really liked the ground floor. The condo was so handy to the beach (across the street) and many restaurants, as well as Foodland for groceries. The bbq area was literally steps from the condo door and the pool (which was lovely)was steps from the patio door! We enjoyed sitting on the patio as it receives lots of sunshine, and has a big umbrella if you prefer the shade. The kitchen is small but functional and the washer/dryer was much appreciated. There are lots of bath towels and several big beach towels, along with Tommy Bahama lawn chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler. We found the bed to be very comfortable and there was lots of room in the closet, dresser and night tables to completely unpack for 2 weeks. The air conditioning kept the condo cool. Communication with the owner is easy and she responds quickly. Thanks Eve for a wonderful stay!

Property is exactly as shown - very good value for money as the location is excellent!

The property has everything you will need for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. You are close to everything and across the street from several amazing beaches in Kihei.

I visit Maui regularly and always stay in Kihei. This place was by far my favorite as far as location. The unit was clean and comfortable. The WiFi didn’t work when we arrived, but Eve was easy to communicate with via text and got Spectrum out to take care of the problem ASAP. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen is stocked pretty well.

The condo was very nice and affordable. My dad and I enjoyed the location and atmosphere. It’s close to so many shops and you can walk across the street to the beach. It’s a Beautiful location.

Nice location. Next to beach with a great sunset view. If you only need a place to sleep and roam around Maui all day, this place would be a great choice because of reasonable price and accommodations.

The unit was the perfect stay for my wife and I. The unit was very clean and the size was great. It was about a 10 minute walk to everything you would need at Kalama Market. The best beach was literally across the street.

Eve was a great host! She was kind and helpful as well. This unit was very cozy. It had everything you needed and more. Location is perfect with a bbq grill on one side and the pool on the other side. The beach is within walking distance across the street. Local grocery stores nearby. Parking is ample. We will be recommending this unit to other Kamaaina ! Mahalo Eve!
