Our beautifully designed 8th floor unit boasts spacious living areas, modern finishes, and ample natural light. This unit has recently been fully updated, including all new furnishings. Enjoy the most breathtaking sunrises from the furnished balcony and enjoy the views of the gulf as well, while sipping yourmorning coffee (or an evening cocktail!). The open-concept kitchen is perfect for entertaining. Both bedrooms are generously sized with plenty of closet space, and the bathrooms are elegantly appointed with contemporary fixtures. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, as well as as large walk in closet. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a closet. The living room also has a queen sleeper if needed.

Laundry facilities are conveniently available on each floor of the building. The condo also includes HD cable TV channels and WiFi. The property features a large pool area with lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas, grilling tiki area, common/meeting room, library, and direct access to the beautiful beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, and all linens/towels are provided. A covered parking space is included, along with ample guest parking.

Please note:
After booking, all guests are required to fill out an application and pay a fee of $150 per applicant (per adult or married couple) with the Tradewinds association. This application will be sent once you have confirmed your reservation and needs to be sent in 30 days in advance. This gets paid directly to the Tradewinds Condo Association. Rental periods are a minimum of 30 days (except for February).
