The Summit is located on Thomas Drive and has two large pools and a Tiki Bar. One pool is heated in the winter. Also, has hot tubs and small pools for small children.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025The host was very kind but communication was hard. She called requesting payment when payment had already been made. She messaged for me to call her and then couldn’t remember why she wanted me to call her. She was nice but it was confusing. When she called to confirm dates she couldn’t find the reservation and then was confused about dates. It was straightened out but stressful and took some time. The condo itself was clean and nice. We enjoyed our time there. Communication aside, we would recommend this as a place to stay.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025This is a very nice unit. The hosts were super friendly, accommodating, and even checked in to see how things were going. The only thing thay could have been better is having an in room washer/dryer but that is a small inconvenience for all the other positives we experienced

Stayed Jul 18, 2025We absolutely loved our stay here. The security made us feel very safe. The condo looked just like the listing the views from the eighth floor are absolutely breathtaking. The sunsets are wonderful. The sun rises are even better if you’re looking for a great place that is very family orientated and makes you feel safe. This is the place to stay. We will definitely be back next year.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025The Summit is a great location for anyone planning a vacation. On the beach, multiple pools, hot tubs, laundry rooms and snack bars. Conveniently located to dining and family entertainment! Only negative is the elevators were down more than they should have been.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024This property is exactly as described. Excellent location, great view. It was exactly what I was looking for (2 queen beds) - most condos only have a king bed in the main bedroom. The owners were wonderful and very responsive to any questions we had. The owner took the time to complete some minor repairs prior to our arrival.
