This space is modestly furnished which you can adjust to your liking...

There's a futon couch that folds out into a queen bed.

There's a full size air mattress if you prefer.

An armoire for clothes

And even a small but fully stocked kitchenette

There's a lovely bathroom

That has a full shower sink and commode

There's a private garden an outdoor space of your own

The walls are painted fresh a palette called white dove

And that's my hope for you while here that you will remember your wings and allow your self use them to soar

All things downtown Noho are a gentle walk away -- nothing too far.

More specific details of what the space includes:

1. full size bathroom with shower (no tub)

2. an efficiency size kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave and plenty of counter space.

3. A queen sized futon couch/bed,

4. A clothing armoire closet

5. Additional pantry space for linens and belongings.

6. A small china cabinet with flatscreen TV

7. Has Wifi and basic cable

8. Has a modest supply of cookware/flatware/dishes

9. Has a 27 inch flatscreen tv

10. Has a full size fridge/stove/oven/microwave/sink

Must rent at least one month/28 days

Move in costs are as follows:

First month
+ last month must be paid in full up front

Security deposit $600*
+
Cleaning fee $150

+ $20 per day per extra person

*Balance of security deposit less utilities will be returned after your stay pending no damage.
