A Cozy 1 Br, 1 Bath, Beach condo with an ocean view, a short walk from the sand.

It was wonderful, this is my third time staying at northcoast village and l will stay again. And will rent this condo again if available. Thank you for the stay.

The condo was fantastic. North Coast is really an unbeatable location. The unit was well equipped and had everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location for a quick getaway during the 4th. Awesome resort with beach access and great view of fireworks! The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed morning walks to the pier, coffee on the balcony and hours of fun on the beach! The kids loved walking to Palour Donuts, the local market night and the family friendly vibe. Definitely would stay again in the future. The unit does offer more conveniences than mentioned. Fully stocked with beach equipment of all types and a fully stocked kitchen. There isnt an ice machine on site but Pappy's Liquor has everything you might want without going far. The only negative was a slight pet odor and the carpet/floors were a little dirty. Overall, a great first experience at North Coast HOA.

Great location (about half block off beach), very clean and well equipped condo ). Kitchen very well stocked and complex has all listed amenities in up to date formats. Highly recommend. We had a minor sink issue and the owner, Tim, had folks over to repair in less than 15 min!!

This was a fantastic find for us to come visit for a long weekend. It’s steps from the beach sand and ocean, and has excellent amenities within the facility. Great pool and hot tubs! Beautiful scenery. And the apartment was very clean and cozy. We will be booking again!

The place was great. It was quiet and clean. It had sand toys, towels, and full kitchen stuff. The place is great and I would stay there again.

We came up for Labor Day and had a wonderful time. The room was clean and decorated nicely. The only thing I would consider doing is investing in a better mattress for the pull out couch and better quality bedding for the king bed, that’s just me being nit picky. We had a lovely time and it was so nice to have beach chairs, towels and umbrellas provided! Thank you!

Beautiful and well appointed beach condo! Beautiful grounds and a short walk to Strand Beach. In the summer, it’s best to keep your windows open for the breeze which really cools down the unit, however, it lets in a lot of noise. The groundskeeper starts working about 7:00-7:30 on weekdays so you might get an earlier start to your day than you planned.

Loved the property and access to the beach. Beautiful pool grounds and loved using the onsite grills. Only negative we ran into was we ran out of toilet paper the day before we left and had to go buy some. 2 rolls is not enough for a week with 2 teenage girls - IYKYK. Otherwise loved our trip and would definitely stay there again!

Thanks for opening your place to us. It was a beautiful condo… Better than the listing. We left some beach toys for the next guests/kids to enjoy. Hope to rent from you again next year Tim! ? thanks again!
