This 9th floor condominium unit of 1,634 sq. ft. features 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms that can sleep up to 8 (by using Living Room sofa sleeper). A tasteful decorating scheme of “beach and gulf” distinguishes this well-maintained unit. The owners have been vested in SeaChase since 2001 and have earned a reputation for providing a vacation and/or rental experience that guests appreciate with many returning year after year. Views of the Gulf are panoramic from the Master Bedroom, Living Room, Dining Room and Balcony … providing a great inside-outside beachfront experience.

The spacious Balcony provides ample seating with a dining table that comfortably accommodates 6. Furnishings include quick-drying sling back fabric on 5 chairs, 2 swivel rockers plus a handy end table.

The Kitchen/Dining area may be the star attraction of 904E and is perfect for those who enjoy entertaining or simply having ample space for themselves. A unique and expansive layout features counter tops of sparkling deep blue granite with complementing tile backsplashes. A custom-built bar with glass shelves and a variety of glassware is perfect for preparing your next tropical-inspired libation! This area also features a high-capacity under-counter ice maker, stainless steel appliances, crock pot, blender, waffle maker, cookbook library and most of the utensils, pots and pans you’ll ever need (always scores high on guest comments)! The Dining Room table easily accommodates 6, plus the long, angled bar has 5 upholstered stools. Bring in all the groceries you desire, and you’ll have ample storage space inside of cabinets and a pantry.

The Utility Room has a full-sized washer and dryer along with shelving for coolers, groceries or extra “beach stuff.”
Ceramic tile is the primary flooring in living areas, hallways and bathrooms, with plush carpet in bedrooms. The owners place a premium on “comfortable” seating and beds. Games and books can be found in the Living Room’s entertainment center and other shelves … and the owners attempt to keep a nice inventory of sand toys for the young’uns and young at heart. Most of 904E’s artwork was created by local talent and reflects the Alabama coast’s natural beauty and unique character.

The Master Bath features a large walk-in closet with custom-built shelves and drawers for added storage versatility. There is a double vanity with make-up chair and ample cabinets. The garden tub and separate glass-enclosed shower are elegant and spacious, providing an enclave for self-indulgence. All three bathrooms are bright and beachy, with plenty of linens.

The owners have placed an emphasis on user-friendly electronics with FREE High-Speed Wi-Fi service, 180+ cable television channels are available on all TVs plus access to premium pay channels and popular apps (i.e. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, YouTube) via SecureVision - /. Internet and TV service assistance or troubleshooting is only a local phone call away!
The beautifully appointed Master Bedroom – with loads of pull-out drawers – even has a desk for those who need to get some work done or desire a private computer area.

Second Master Bedroom: King size bed, 42” TV with Blu-ray Player, direct access to bathroom.

The place has a great feel to it. The elevators do not have wait lines. The beach is beautiful and clean. The pools are pristine. It is located so close to groceries and shopping. Its a great place for young and young at heart!!

We did not like our condo where we stayed in September. There was so much noise. I don’t know if it was the elevators or an air conditioning system. But it was constant and irritating. We will be back for sure, just will choose a different condo.The attendants are always so helpful. From the reservationist to the security guards you are made to feel so welcome. Thanks for another great experience.

We had 5 adults and 3 children and it accommodated all of our needs. The kitchen had everything you need, the washer and dryer got a work out, and the balcony was amazing!

This condo was beautifully furnished. The carpets and rug do need cleaning. The property management company was very helpful when we booked, but we were not notified when the condo was ready, so we just went to dinner and then showed up at the gate about 6:30. The gate attendant remedied the problem in no time. We would love to return and would recommend SeaChase and this condo. We loved our time walking on the beach and sitting under umbrellas we rented. We had great meals at Doc's, LuLu's, and Coastal. It was a great trip!
