90 Steps from the beach! Pet friendly in off season. Indoor Pool and Game Room

The host was great to accommodate us. The house was clean and comfy. Lots of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. Decorative too. There was everything you could need to stay without having to pack every essential. We loved the easy access to beach walks, the pool and the arcade. We hope to get back one day.

Great location and condo. Owner provided everything we needed including HDMI cable. I needed one looked in a desk drawer and there it was.

Great ocean view and a great location!

Unit as shown in photos. Loved the balcony ... great view, clean and comfortable. Pool and game room would be a plus for families with kids. Justin (owner) and on-site manager were prompt addressing issues.

Condo was very nice. A little tight for 6 people and a dog but it worked. Clean place, convenient location, and great views! It would have been nice if the indoor pool was open longer (8 am to 8pm) and if the game room had more free options but overall no complaints. Justin was great too! Good communication and very responsive.

This is a great 1-BR apartment right near the beach. It was clean, spacious, with a well supplied kitchen. Justin the host provided clear check-in instructions, responded quickly to questions and was very flexible with a late check-out

I’ve stayed at the Marylander before in a different condo and was happy enough with the experience. This condo was even better! Well supplied and decorated, comfortable for a small family, quiet dark bedroom for good sleep. We were all very happy with our stay here. Planning to return!

Justin is an excellent host! Condo was clean, quiet and perfectly located to visit OC, Fenwick and Rehoboth! Our fur babies loved the Northside park -which is only 2 blocks away! It was a very safe and friendly location unlike previous stays toward the boardwalk. There was a large balcony on the same floor we could sit and eat at or just read a book and our pups could chill, the pool was warm and clean. The other families in the building were friendly and all the children were very well behaved and mannered! Condo was even more beautiful in person than the pictures show! It has everything u need to cook in! Loved our stay! Already booked again! 20 out of 10 stay! Thanks Justin to being an amazing host!

Beautiful Condo. Great location for people who like the North End of Ocean City like me.

We had a very nice weekend in Ocean City Md at this property. The condo was cute, clean and convenient for our needs. The owner was always responsive to any questions and there was an onsite building manager. We would definitely rent again!

Stayed in off season so we were able to take our dog host was easy to contact condo was very nice! Nice view would stay again!

The condo is in a great location, exactly as listed, very clean. The size was perfect for my family of three and very tastefully decorated. The property manager was really friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend staying there.

Perfect location, has everything you need in the condo, full kitchen, washer/dryer, coffee maker/keurig, dishes, full fridge, extra blankets, towels, etc. Walking distance to beach, North park, places to eat. Close driving distance to grocery, dollar tree, lots of stores.
