Stayed Jun 15, 2025The unit was clean and had all the amenities as stated. The location was perfect and close to grocery, dining and Disney! It was easy to get on highway to go to either coast/beaches. The complex pools were nice and grounds were maintained. Looking forward to our next visit! Definitely recommend this unit

Stayed Feb 11, 2024The property management was great--I traded emails a few times before our trip and they were very responsive. The contactless check-in--no problem. The unit itself--clean, and well-stocked with kitchen utensils, toiletries, etc, The bed (we only used the MBR) & sofa were comfortable and in good shape. Nice balcony with a view, overlooking the pond/fountain. The only slight critique would be the lack of outlets and/or USB ports near the bed. Not a huge deal though. The reason for the 3 stars was the building/complex itself. Our building had 2 elevators--both were out of service the entire week. Half of our building was covered in plastic sheathing and all taped off (construction I'd guess--although none was going on that I could see) The rest of the complex was undergoing a roof replacement or something as there were roof tiles all on the ground and pretty constant construction vehicle activity. Our trip was not bad by any means--but it certainly wasn't the relaxing laid-back resort feel stay that we had expected. However, I actually would not hesitate to deal with this management company again--I'd even consider renting the unit again--once construction is finished!

Stayed Mar 13, 2023The stay was comfortable, great location for baseball tournament we were in town for and the community was very quiet. Plus to be so close to a grocery store and several restaurants was convenient.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The condo unit was elegantly staged upon arrival (table settings/soaps/towels and linens). Elevator was nice to lug any items back/forth to car. Everything was sanitized and spotless for immediate use. The view from the veranda of the fountain was nice in the mornings w/ coffee and the corner location was relatively quiet. Having two pool options was nice including the hot tub for any cool nights. Enjoyed the Keurig for my morning java! I would definitely recommend this rental unit!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Accommodations were nice and clean and as advertised . 3 bedrooms and baths are nice for family. Nice location to Disney and also easy access to Gulf coast.. Pools were clean and weight room was nice.

Stayed Apr 18, 2022I was very happy with my overall experience at this property. Three full bathrooms is huge when you have an entire family getting ready for parks every morning! We were very comfortable here. I had my coffee every morning on the balcony and loved every minute of it! Also, not a bad ride to the parks. My family and I would definitely stay here again.
