Stayed Jul 14, 2025It was excellent! The two lovely ladies at the front desk were amazing when my husband cut his knuckle they both came to his rescue! The were pros and made his day taking care of him! The room was very clean and had alot of room for our family! We will be staying there again! It was our 2nd time staying with Baywatch the staff go above and beyond to make your stay amazing!

Stayed Oct 14, 2023First night,we were faced with horrible conditions of the property that left us uncomfortable. We were in need of a relocation of another room. Which took about 12 hours. Which we are grateful for. This was very stressful time when having a vacation for a wedding party.

Stayed Mar 24, 2023Overall this was a 3/5 stars - not great , but not really bad either . Beds do need replacing , AC is not working ( fan doesn't come on ) and a deep clean wouldn't go a miss - on the surface everything appears clean - but when you look closer its more on the dirty side.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This place was a mess, we get there and our door and rusty and gross. On top of that, there were 2 spots with ripped carpet, it smelled like cat urine, the couch was ripped and wasn't the same one shown in the pictures. The bed frames are bent and the beds do not fit right on them, the headboard fell off of the wall behind my kids bed. The queen beds if you say near the top would flip up at the bottom, all the plugs in the unit were lose and everything would fall out of them. The table was lose and unstable, we used to toaster and it had so much crumbs in it from previous users that it set the smoke alarms off, the fridge did not close properly at all. When trying to gather up toys, there were condoms found by my kids behind the bedside table. The key card reader hardly work and getting a new key card made no difference at all. We were told by security to get out of the pool because someone had puked in it, maintenance came out and poured chemicals in the pool and then put up signs saying it was closed. 4 days later and the chunks were still in the pool and the hotel desk is trying to say it never happened when we have pictures of it. There is nothing for handicapped parking but a crap ton of 15 minutes, the parking garage isn't connected to the hotels so we had to park on the 6th level multiple times and walk to the hotel because people were double parked as well as people taking up handicap parking without proper signage. Parking garage elevator would not take you to level two, the button just refused to work. There were multiple people who were smoking poolside and nothing was said. I could go on for a while about how awful this place was and how much I feel like we basically scammed out of our money.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The rooms were terribly outdated. All the mattresses need replaced. Huge dips in them. It’s like you’re sleeping in a coffin. The ice maker doesn’t work right. It was pretty clean for what it was. The Hotel was nice just needs updating. I would not stay here again. Not worth the money we spent here.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We all had a fantastic time. Our only issue was not enough floats in the lazy river. Other than that we will be back next year.

Stayed Apr 3, 2022It was not clean. The paint job is horrible. Nothing like the pictures online. The carpet was ripped. The beds in the 2nd room were uncomfortable. Only 1 lamp worked. The remotes did not match the tvs. The trash can was dirty & broke. Dust on the ceilings.
