Stayed Oct 5, 2025Pool was unseasonably cold, we were not able to use it at all the first two days. It was better the last three days. The beach view was amazing. Beach access was easy and very close, loved that. The condo overall was clean. We did discover nasty stains on the mattress cover when the fitted sheet came loose, we covered with an extra sheet but were pretty disturbed by this lack of launderingKitchen was very well equipped and appreciated the full size washer and dryer .

Stayed Apr 23, 2024Great location. Beautiful view! Condo was very clean and well maintained. The outdoor furniture is functional but is worn and needs to be replaced. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. The only negative thing I can say about the kitchen is there was only 1 dishtowel. It would have been nice to have a 2 or 3 extras. Beds were very comfortable. Easy beach access and beautiful pools!

Stayed Apr 7, 2024Great property, clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, Convenient location to store and shopping. Lovely views of the Gulf/Emerald Ocean. Pools are great. We opted to have our own beach chairs when on beach. Hard to leave but would definitely vacation again here.

Stayed Mar 23, 2024We love Edgewater. My only negative with this rental is that there are no extras. The beach chairs do not come with the rental, sand toys and games for the kids would have been nice to already have at the property. Just nice to have the extras when you are traveling and not have to pack the extras.

Stayed Jun 19, 2023The check in you just get a room number and code. I don’t recall getting anything with property map at all. So we had to wander around to find things. Make sure the owners you are renting from have purchased beach chairs or you will be charged about 42 dollars for the chair rental. Also if you aren’t renting from the property directly they will not provide anything. The room only had 1 trash bag so we just ended up using Walmart bags. The property uses brown water to water the grass in the evenings because it smells like sewage or stinky pond water one. As far as the condo. It was nice other than the sliding doors are crazy hard to open.
