Absolutely beautiful view! Was exactly as described. It was nice to have a recliner and very comfortable couch, bed was also comfortable as I have a bad back so it was important factor for me so I was cofortable and even stayed an extra night which never happens as Im normally miserable after 2 nights. Felt like home, made me want to move here. The property manager Melissa was awesome also, super fast with response when we needed her. Highly recommend and we will stay here again.

Phoenix X is our favorite spot because it is right next door to Flora Bama and we can just walk to enjoy the music. The condo was accommodating with all amenities except beach toys for the kids. We left the ones we bought so the next guests could enjoy them. The place was clean. This is our second year at Phoenix X. We love it

Perfect! The condo was roomy and we loved the balcony. Very impressed with the consistent daily upkeep of the property, communication with the property manager was great. We would love to stay again!

Spacious condo. Pictures are accurate. Walkable to a few restaurants. Easy parking. Nice pool and pickleball court.

The location, right next door to the Florabama, was amazing. We could walk on the beach back and forth several times a day to hear some great music and have a few drinks. The place was large. But definitely getting a little shabby. The master bedroom floor is cracked. The beds are mattress only, not box spring, so not comfortable. The sheets could be upgraded.

Unit was kept up well and was accurately represented. Start-up quantities of consumables were a kind touch. Communication was excellent. Proximity to the elevators was a plus.

Exactly as pictured. Great location next door to Florabama. Deck was nice to enjoy the ocean view. Pool was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Living room had rocker recliner. Master bedroom has king bed and very comfortable. Other beds were not very comfortable but it’s hard to please everyone. Resort has plenty of security to keep people out who aren’t staying on the premises. Hope to come back and stay again.

Great location, beautiful water and beaches. Condo could use a little updating. Dryer didn’t work that well and some of the outlets in the rooms didn’t work either but overall great vacation and stay.
