Stayed Jul 12, 2025The property was clean although there was an odor in the washing machine, which they said they would let the cleaning people know about. With what you pay there, I think they should include laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap etc. we were told we had to buy all that. There was a small bottle of dish soap and a dishwasher pod prob left by prev people, but place was clean and nice.

Stayed Jun 12, 2025My family and I have been coming to the shores for the past 6 years and we understand there’s construction and improvements going on- we never mind that. The check in process however was very complicated. I paid for the parking passes and received them there after. But after driving 6 hours to get there, I was told the payment was never received. So we had to repay for our parking passes which took longer than I was expecting.The room was incredible but when we got there, it was about 4:35– so 35 mins after check in, and there was a lady in our suite! She asked if we were the guests and I’m looking at her like “yeah, duh! Why else would we be here?” She said she was there to do the inspection. I thought that was weird because check in is at 4p. So why would she be there doin an inspection during the time we should be there??But our suite was nice besides the dirty dishes in the cabinet. I rewashed them so I wouldn’t get blamed nor fined for it. I’d definitely stay at The Shores Of Panama again but not with this renter.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024All the people who work there since you arrive, the people who are at the entrance and the woman who is in the hobby are rubbish, I will never go to this hotel again, the people are disgusting.
