One of our featured villas within the Wendover Dunes community, this top floor, 3 bedroom 3 bath updated villa is in an oceanside community of Palmetto Dunes. When creating this stunning vacation getaway, no expense was spared to ensure the perfect oasis. The villa features an open floor plan with a full kitchen, with recently updated appliances that open up into a bright and large living area with a 75 flat screen TV for family movie night with an upgraded cable offering of HBO Showtime andCinemax.

Enjoy updated furnishing throughout the property - providing a relaxing setting for your next island escape. There are 2 master suites, one with french doors to the porch, and a third guest bedroom as well. All bedrooms have private bathrooms that are beautifully updated and spacious. A screened-in porch wraps around one half of the villa, a perfect spot for morning coffee or afternoon refreshments.

The Wendover Dunes community also offers covered parking, a private pool area with a jacuzzi, a children’s pool, a grill area, and bike paths that lead directly to the beach. This villa really has it all and is just a few sandy steps to the beach.

    Better lighting in the bedrooms and a full length mirror would have improved the experience. Property was the best equipped kitchen we have ever experienced. Very satisfied overall.

    Carpets were spotted all over and bathrooms were not clean when we arrived. Had issues with the commodes right off, with a second call to property management they all worked adequately. Also had to call property management outside of normal hours due to not having shared to pool code in any communications or documentation at the property. Noisy neighbors and a constantly barking dog downstairs kept us uncertain if we would return again. Parking was often occupied by non-property squatters vying for a spot closer to the property beach access. Air conditioner seemed to cool the center rooms too well, while the outer bedrooms were often too warm. An unplanned and untimely surprise visit by the exterminator was turned away by my wife while alone at the property. Overall an okay place to stay if you require walking distance to the pool and beach, but time and traffic has significantly diminished the pictorial imagery presented on the site.

    Clean, great location, beautiful beach access, and expansive screened in porch. Nice bedroom spaces for our four children (ages 11-14) away from the main bedroom.
