Stayed Mar 18, 2024Convenient, clean, comfortable and safe. Parking is a challenge, however, through no fault of the owner. Additional unites being constructed has collapsed parking and is hopefully only temporary.

Stayed Feb 20, 2024The condo was clean and had adequate household items for comfort and kitchen use. Pool areas are great and easily accessible. Downside is the 4 flights (10 steps) of stairs to the unit. Was difficult for three 75 plus women to use frequently. Overall we enjoyed our time at this unit.

Stayed Jan 19, 2024Nicely appointed condo. Spacious. Bathroom and Kitchen well stocked. Comfortable bed and living room furniture. Easy to use electronics. We were impressed that there was nothing that was showed wear or was broken. The only thing for us (as seniors) were the 2 flights of stairs to access, especially with suitcases.

Stayed Jan 4, 2023Pros: Great and secure location, very comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms/bathrooms for price, trendy and comfortable bedding and towels, very well-stocked kitchen, spotlessly clean, very quiet (except for construction), hot tub was clean and big but foamy, made use of LR Roku, laundry, and balcony grill, handy man arrived quickly (see below). Cons: several light bulbs were out, no extra toilet paper (more arrived same-day when I messaged), no dish soap, all interior door hinges squeaked, no map of complex. Major issue was a smoke detector battery dying and chirping at 9pm. Manager at first said would be fixed next morning, but then sent a handy man who arrived within 20 minutes and replaced one battery in one smoke detector. Also if you need a location for the view, you will need to wait until construction next door is finished.
