7th Floor @ The Summit 1Br + Bunks Slps 5!

Arrived to find out that our balcony was under construction and wasn’t able for use. We were NOT made aware of this prior. The outdoor furniture was in the living room area. There were men on the balcony at 8:30PM with flashlights shining lights in our unit where my mother was trying to sleep. The construction did not stop until close to 10PM. The property management company is through a 3rd party and they are not helpful. They won’t answer the phone and will reply to your emails at their convenience about your issues with little helpful information. We were eventually moved to a different condo, however it took me asking for a refund on multiple occasions. There was never an apology or anything offered to accommodate us for the inconvenience or wasting an entire day having to pack our things back up and wait for a different condo to be available for us. Just overall a terrible experience with this company and WILL NOT use them again.

The place was clean and updated but the bathroom situation was a little odd. It wouldn't stop me from booking this condo again. Close to everything by foot or short drive. Enjoyed our stay.

Great condo! Exactly what we needed, everything went smooth as far as check in and check out! TVs are larger than they appear in the pictures, condo was clean. We had a blast!

Excellent stay! The room was wonderful and everything was so easy.

Got to the condo after 4 pm and condo was not cleaned. Called the number in the email and was told we’d get a call back. Waited 30 minutes all the lady on the phone said was that the cleaner would be there and she had no other things to tell us. Luckily she did show up. Tried to email the company no response. Poor communication and pretty sure whoever cleaned it put dirty comforter back on the beds. Luckily we had brought our own blankets. The facility it self was nice. Good pools. Great beach access. Will say there is a strip club across the road did not realize this until after we got there. Had been better communication with the owners about the cleaning situation this would have been a good stay. Otherwise me and my family did have fun. The elevators at the facility do suck though 2/4 were usually always down. This is like 12 floor facility. Will not stay here again or rent from this company.

My friends and I enjoyed staying at the summit, the beach access, the restaurant, tiki bar, pools, and hot tubs were all great to have with a fun location on Thomas drive. The condo was nice and our only complaint is that it needed to be stocked with a lot more supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc

could use a better toaster and fix ice maker.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. Our main purpose for this trip was to relax and get some peace. We have both lost close loved ones this year and needed a this beach therapy. This condo is cute. The master bedroom mattress is really comfortable I slept better on it than my own bed. Shower was hot and good water pressure, I have thick hair so that’s always a must for me. Only that was not in working order was the handle to the kitchen sink faucet was missing a screw and kept falling off. To me it was still usable so wasn’t a big deal. I did let the owners know but also wasn’t emergent. They emailed me back within 1 hour that they were sending it to maintenance. We really enjoyed the balcony view. We there watching the tropical storm and Helene roll in. Thankfully we did not experience the actual hurricane. 10/10 would stay again in-fact I tried to book for my 40th birthday in May 2025 but it’s not available at this time.

Great place to stay and great location. Only complaint us they shut the pool down at 7 every night while they advertise and have literature that states 11. Bummer to not have evening pool access and the tiki bar is ridiculously priced.

As mentioned in other reviews the floors could use a deep cleaning but otherwise it was all we needed and would stay there again. The complex was very well taken care of and we liked the location. If you want fancy go elsewhere but if you want a good place that functions for a beach trip this fits the bill.

We had a great time staying at the condo, everything was easy to book with clear instruction and when arriving the condo was as described. We were very happy with the location and felt we were centrally located to all of the fun! We had plenty of space for our family of 5. Would definitely stay again. :)

We rented as a gift for our sister and hubby for a much needed / deserved get-away! They loved the Summit, location, fun vibe, and convenience of the on-site bar and restaurant! As we all do when finding our perfect place... we compare price, photos, read reviews, etc. I was a little hesitant booking because of lower price and photos compared to similar properties in same complex. From their experience, if looking for a PBC getaway with great amenities, this place is perfect!

This was the perfect condo for our family of 3! Great price for the space! The elevators weren’t an issue. The actual unit is mostly updated, bed was very comfortable and for the most part the condo was well kept. Our only complaint is that the floors were VERY dirty. If you didn’t wear shoes, your feet were black. I had to wipe my daughter’s feet before she got on the bed or any other furniture. Other than that, the unit was great and wouldn’t let that keep us from staying again!
