No Host - but the Condo was Great

This was a gorgeous condo with plenty of space to spread out. We loved the huge balcony and the beautiful views from all of the windows!

The property was perfect. It had everything we needed. The quality of the kitchen essentials was outstanding.

Condo was clean and spacious enough for our large group. Responsiveness was great.

Our entire family of 16 stayed in this beautiful condo!! Beautiful view of the beach and perfect spot on the balcony for the July 4th fireworks show! The kids loved the pools and waterslide! Will be booking again for future trips!

Amazing property in the best location. The rooms were clean, the kitchen and common area perfect for our group. Furniture is new or almost new, not dated like many units in this area. They have done a great job of making this rental a standout! Hope we can come back next year!

We just got home from a week stay at this beautiful condo. The location was perfect, the beach was gorgeous, and the condo was perfect for our family, with teens. The condo itself was super spacious, and being able to open the patio doors to the ocean every morning was spectacular. Bedrooms were perfect for our family, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of televisions. If there was a negative, it would be the lack of basic supplies. We use VRBO often, are very used to starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, etc. We were surprised that there were no spices (not a huge shock as this is semi-normal but not even salt and pepper,) no coffee filters, and no cleaning supplies (this one surprised me a little as I like to wipe surfaces down). My husband ended up buying a broom and dustpan because we had no way of sweeping the sand, other than a bulky vacuum. Again, it’s a small negative, but make sure you come prepared if you plan to spend a lot of time in the condo. All in all, this condo fit all our needs, was very comfortable, and we enjoyed our time in Gulf Shores a lot.

Everything was good. We did feel there should have been a box of trash bags available, toilet paper, blankets and additional towels. Due to the size of this condo, you can assume larger groups will rent it out.

There were 8 of us in this condo, however this place would easily fit 14. The views are amazing and everything was great. I will definitely keep this place in my favorites for future stays. The only things that could improve: fridge has seen better days and needs a refresh on the pans/saute pans.

Condo is very spacious and clean! Loved the ice maker in the condo, great layout and beautiful Gulf view!

The bulbs either didn't work or there was only one lamp in the living area. (2 are pictured but there is only 1). Not all bedroom fan lights or lamps worked. Not a big deal but as I said that is our only complaint. We will definitely rent this unit again!

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean and just as advertised with plenty of room. We especially loved the large family room & huge TV. The condo is on the 7th floor with great views of the beach, the pool and the water slide below. The owner was also kind to check in on us as well. We hope to stay here again!

Kids loved the pool and waterslide. Pickleball court was an added bonus. Several places to eat within walking distance. Owner went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service when we left an item behind.

We had our entire family of 17 here and it was perfect! Big enough that it wasn’t crammed at all. Balcony views were amazing, dolphin views almost every morning. As close to the beach as you can get ?. Condo was very clean and up to date. Lots of appliances. Check in and out process was super simple. Great location. 10/10 recommend and will definitely continue staying with Phoenix !

Our stay was amazing. The property was very accessible. The location from the property to the beach was perfect and the pools were awesome. Our condo was spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 13. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and very helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!!!
