7th Floor!!  Recently Redecorated, Lazy River and Slide!!

Everything was great we enjoyed it all!

This condo is Amazing!! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends. It has everything you need and is so spacious. A short walk out to the beach is great. The kids loved the pool, splash pad, lazy river, and slide. My husband said this was gonna be our go-to place every year!

This was our first trip to Orange Beach and I have to admit, I was a little skeptical. We usually go to Panama City Beach or Destin, when we aren't going on a cruise, but Orange Beach surpassed my expectations. Over a decade of summer beach trips and condos and I honestly have to say that This condo is my favorite condo to date. Everything from the close to your Condo indoor parking, and the Condo itself. Unless you just have monster truck. The parking garage is lifted truck friendly. I drive a King Ranch F150 with a 6inch lift on 35s and had no issues parking in the garage. If you're reading this review, then you've seen the beautiful pictures of the condo. Imo, the pictures don't do it justice as we all thought it was even nicer in person. Which is rarely the case from my own experiences. If I need a 3 bedroom on my next visit, I will 100% be trying to book this condo again!

Kitchen was very well equipped with dishes and cookware we needed for cooking breakfast each morning. We love the ice maker! The beds were all very comfortable.

Condo was as nice as the pics reflect! Great floor location (7th) because there are 32 stories and even though there are 6 elevators, wait time was a little crazy sometimes. Parking was nice considering you can park at your level of the condo location, but $60 per car is quite steep. A couple of negatives I have (about the actual unit/bldg) is the exterior hallway noise is amplified in the building due to large open space. We could hear the people above us moving chairs and dragging stuff across the floor, at all hours. Outdoor balconies are really close to each other so there is no real privacy when sitting out there. One other issue, which doesn’t have anything to do with the unit, was Billy, the head “Barney Fife.” My sister and her family live in Foley and came to visit for the afternoon. She also had to pay $60 for parking even though her stay was under 5 hours. I went to the HOA desk, in attempt to get her a refund. The woman at the desk, immediately, called for Billy to come assist me and he was the BIGGEST, CONDESCENDING JERK from the moment he pulled up in his golf cart. Extremely rude! I would WELCOME the chance to speak w anyone from the management company or the group that actually has him on staff. After speaking to the 2 security guards at the 21 and over pool, I am not the only person who has had negative encounters w this blockhead (putting it nicely).

As our time got closer to leaving, I reached out to see if we could come in a day earlier because the weather was going to rain us out one of the days. We were able to get in the condo a day earlier and we pleased with the condo. It was clean and comfortable from the minute we stepped into the unit. This condo was 3 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms, which was awesome for our group. This was our favorite condo so far out of our 5 years of coming here.
