This was a fabulous condo! The property itself was very safe, quiet, clean with marvelous access to the beach and also indoor/outdoor pools for rainy weather. The condo was in great shape. My elderly parents and I stayed her and had a wonderful experience! The rooms were wonderful. We all were able to sleep well. The kitchen was up to date. The TVs were easy to operate. The porch was great for watching the ocean. I've stayed in many condos in Perdido Key and this was my favorite. The owners were extremely easy to communicate with.

Love this condo! Dan and Patti are amazing hosts and make the entire rental experience a breeze. The unit is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing.

We have been coming to Perdido for 14 years and have always stated at Perdido Sun. This was our first time staying in this unit, and it did not disappoint! Beautiful unit, very clean, well stocked, and the owners are top notch! Very responsive and very polite! We highly recommend this unit, the owners, and the maintenance team! We will definitely rent this unit again, and are already looking at dates for next summer! Thank you, for sharing your unit and for helping us make unforgettable memories!

Great place to stay!!

The location was perfect and the condo had everything I needed. Great for families.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property but 1st time in this unit and it was by far my favorite. The view is stunning, the beds were super comfy, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. We loved the recliners as well. There were only 2 things that were not the best. One more so than the other which was a lot of the pans and dishes were not clean and had food on them. Not a big deal because I washed them all, but the biggest issue which is not the property managers fault was the codes to enter the main building and pool area from the beach. Most of the time our code didn’t work and we’d have to wait for someone to let us in. We were late coming in one night and had to wait for someone to let us in. We also got caught in the rain one day because the code for the gate going from the beach to the pool area didn’t work and we had to wait for someone to open it for us. By then we were soaked. That was our biggest issue during our stay which all in all isn’t a huge deal. I definitely understand and appreciate the safety aspect of it, but it became a little annoying after the first few times it happened. Despite that though, it was an amazing trip and we’re already looking to book our stay in this unit for next year! Thank you for allowing us to to stay in your beautiful unit!!

The corner windows in the master bedroom provided stunning views of the beach & ocean! It was conveniently located near The Jellyfish Restaurant which was a great place for food & drinks! The only issue we experienced was our room code sometimes didn’t work on the first try. It was not such a problem that we needed to contact our host though.

We decided very last minute to take this much needed beach vacation and it was awesome! Loved the simplicity of check in/check out procedures and the fact that everything from parking passes to wristbands was in our condo when we arrived so we could immediately start our vacation!!! It was short and sweet just for the weekend but we will be back!!! Thank you so very much for the hospitality!

We family vacationed for years in Destin. We came here to Perdido Key for the first time last year. A hidden gym for family vacation. Beautiful beaches and “grand” condos and wonderful smaller family condos. Perdido Sun is one of those smaller condo buildings. Great because the beach is not elbow to elbow seating and lots of room to sit up your own chair and umbrella if you don’t rent. The condo itself was equipped well. We prepared our own meals 3nights and had everything needed to cook. There was plenty of seating space in living area, deck and dining area. Bed rooms were clean and spacious. Baths were clean and plenty of towels and washcloths. Weather was wonderful the whole week. Had rain on late afternoon and night, the rest of the time beautiful sunny weather. I would give Perdido Sun 708 an excellent A rating.

Everything was nice.

My wife and I have been vacation at Perdido Beach for about 30 years. We needed to find a new place, and we’re excited to find Perdido Sun. It was everything we were looking for.

Beautiful area. Quiet and does not feel like Florida when driving anywhere. The condo was just as it was pictured, and the patio was our favorite spot. They did have renovations going on, but can’t have everything and they weren’t a bother

Condo was exactly as shown in pictures. All furnishings were very nice and comfortable and condo was very clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen. Had one minor problem and host was extremely responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed the security of the property. It is an older property but suited our needs. Easy booking, check in and communication…

An excellent property for our family vacation... exactly as advertised, clean, prompt communication for check-in/check-out... would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place and beach. Beach beautiful but is pretty steep where it goes into the water which goes pretty deep pretty quickly. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful view.

Dan and Patty’s place was clean, comfortable (between the chairs in the living room and beds), great view, easy access to beach, and Dan was responsive when we needed something. Would have been good if there was at least sugar, salt and pepper, oil, etc. We had to buy everything including our own toilet paper and cleaning detergents because there was not enough for a 1 week stay. If I were to come to perdido key again I would stay here again. Thank you!

Comfortable, clean, and in a great location

It was very clean, very well-maintained. My grandchildren loved it the pool the water. My wife loved the shopping. I really enjoyed the fishing.

This was great for a quick birthday trip for my teenaged daughter and a few friends. Great communication, beds were extremely comfortable, and would book again with Patty and Dan!!

This unit was perfect for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. Kitchen was well stocked and everything we needed was there. We enjoy staying at the Perdido Sun.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Condo just like advertised. clean,quiet, great parking. Condo unit very well equipped. Great balcony view. Loved the pool. Would definitely come back again. First time at Perdido Key. Usually stay at Orange Beach but now we would come back to Perdido Key!

This place is just as it is described. Beautiful location, clean, not over crowded. Friendly owners. 10/10 experience for us.
