Sea Turtle Nesting Season (May 1 – October 31)

Marco Island is home to protected sea turtles. During nesting season, guests are required to:

Turn off balcony lights by 9:00 p.m.

Close drapes or window coverings facing the Gulf to prevent interior light spill

These measures are required by law to protect endangered wildlife. Guests are responsible for compliance, and any fines incurred due to violations will be the responsibility of the renter.
