Stayed May 22, 2025Best part of property was location-very convienient to nearly everything. Communication before check in was great, and very responsive.However there were some maintenance issues with the condo. None of the electrical outlets in the kitchen worked, and all of the appliances seemed to have problems. But the bathroom really left a lot to be desired. Shower faucet and drain didnt work properly, and shower curtain was very moldy-i actually bought a cheap one since it was pretty funky.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024While the unit has potential, is well stocked, and is located within nice resort grounds, we had issues from start to finish. We were emailed the wrong location to pick up our parking pass, then sent to another wrong location finding a closed down office, then sent to a third location where we had to wait for another 15 minutes for someone to come back with the pass. They were apologetic for the significant inconvenience. The AC broke on arrival, making for an uncomfortable few hours in the unit - they luckily resolved it by the time we returned for the evening. A hornets nest was on the porch outside, they removed it the following day. The worst part was discovering cockroaches in the unit; one very alive and crawling onto our belongings and another dead in the living room. As well, there was a huge spider lurking the unit. The activities process was confusing, the listing seems to suggest the activities are free every day but that’s not exactly true (we paid for pickleball but did receive complimentary bikes) - the listing and the activity booking platform could just provide better clarity, including the address for the court (20 min away!). It was nice to have the bikes delivered to where we were staying however. With better pest control and better, more clear and accurate communication end to end, this place could be a good vacation spot for a small family or two couples. We received a 50% refund for all the troubles.
