6th-floor, updated condo with beach service - near dining

Beautiful condo and views!The WiFi didn’t work the time we were there. I wouldn’t choose this if you need stable wifi for work. Also, the pool was so cold when we were there. The ocean was warmer. Just be prepared for the polar bear temps, especially since there’s no Jacuzzi. .

Had a nice relaxing vacation. Not being able to get into the water due to riptide was an issue.

This place is as close to Destin as possible without all the congestion. It was PERFECT. Views were incredible, beds were comfy, and the kitchen/living area were the most spacious we've had in a rental to date. The decor could stand to be updated, but it worked for our needs. We never had to wait more than a minute for the elevator and rarely even had to share it with anyone else. We will DEFINITELY be back. Also, the gated community is a nice bonus for safety. The two chairs/umbrella on the beach was awesome too. Absolutely loved this place.

Condo needs paint and new furniture

Loved the location, generous floor plan and awesome balcony. Only problem was the weather. Hope to rebook same condo in the future. Life was easy there.

This condo could use some TLC. I feel like if I give my honest opinion it will be too harsh so I will just cover the basics. I’ll start with the positives. The kitchen appears to have been remodeled recently and it is very nice. The master bath is spacious and nicely appointed and the balcony is large and has lots of furniture. The property of the complex is spotless and felt very safe. The property is conveniently located near groceries and restaurants. However, there are negatives. When we checked in the condo appeared to be clean, but as my grandson crawled around his little knees, shins and feet were black. The couch is stained and dirty, we had to put a sheet over it to sit. If you are planning to cook bring your own things as the kitchen had the absolute bare minimum in utensils and cooking equipment. The vents in the ceiling are covered in dirt, dust and what appeared to be mold. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The balcony door did not lock. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom made a terrible noise so we weren’t able to use it at all and the handle came off of the tub faucet when we ran water. These things were reported to the rental company immediately but only one issue was addressed on our last day. Rental company did offer to have someone come mop (the next day) but we had already mopped so we declined. Having said these things, we were on vacation and enjoyed our stay making the best of the situation.

Great view!! The only thing that I would have to complain about is the noisy fan in the bedroom that kept my husband awake most nights.

This place was wonderful! It was perfect for four friends to enjoy time together. It looked just like the pictures. The view from the balcony was beautiful! We loved the beach service and the private beach!

We didn't need three bedrooms but did want a more open feel to any condo we selected. This one hit on all cylinders. Clean, good quality furnishings, great view, and very comfortable. Check-in and -out was very simple. Beach access was direct and the beach itself wonderful. Only gripe is how sterile the kitchen was. That is, no coffee filters or other useful non-edible items were available. Publix is close, but traffic to it can make it a miserable trip in-season.
