Stayed Aug 1, 2025Everything went wonderfully! The apartment is in a great location and was just what was depicted on the website. It was quiet even though it's located near a busy street. We loved the balcony. The instructional email had everything we needed in it. I highly recommend it and will stay again in the future.

Stayed Jun 9, 2025Came to visit the college for my rising senior. Great, walking distance to everything! Pro tip: When you arrive, DON'T ENTER the building ON THE 3rd FLOOR! That's a news station. If you enter on the 4TH floor, there is a luggage cart there and you can unload without annoying all the sweet, snazzily dressed newscasters as you struggle through the door, sweaty and disheveled dragging your luggage and Yeti cooler. Great amount of space for the 3 of us and we enjoyed the extra bed, kitchen space and proximity to all the great places and spaces in DT Fayetteville. Very clean, very comfortable beds and pillows and great AC!

Stayed Nov 1, 2024Property was perfect for two. Hosts were immediately responsive. But, definitely a no frills rental in a great location. Just a glimpse of Dickson St. without the noise. It would have been nice to have a morning’s worth of coffee pods, for example. We were instructed to bring our own but we forgot! The bed was very comfortable! All in all, definitely 4 stars, but not quite 5.
