Stayed Nov 9, 2025The unit was beautiful. Views were great. You had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ease of access, parking, and we had an issue that was addressed immediately. Would definitely recommend and will keep at tge top of our list for future visits.

Stayed Oct 11, 2025The view was awesome!The codes that we were emailed to me were incorrect, the rug in the living room really needs to be cleaned or replaced it is filthy! Thermostat needed a code that we did not have. Tv in the master bedroom did not work didn’t even have remote for it With all of the above problems we still had a great time.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all the condo was great. I was under the impression that the master bedroom had a “king” size bed. It was definitely NOT! I have a screen shot of the listing stating there was a king in master & and a queen in 2nd bedroom. Those WERE NOT queen beds!! The other issue was not being clear about printing out parking pass BEFORE you arrive! I know this because the employee at CVS told me this occurred often. He even stated when I ask if he could print it for me, “you’re staying at Aquavista, aren’t you?” Also, the codes for gate, pool, & pool bathroom were not sent correctly!! We even got the OWNERS CLOSET code!! We had to call several times to get this straightened out!

Stayed Jun 28, 2025The unit itself was extremely nice. It was very inconvenient that we could only keep one car on the premises. We had to pay an additional 85 to keep a second car on the other side of the beach. We stayed during a blackout time where we were unable to pay a fee for a second car on the property. In addition, checkout time was 9:00am. We tried to get a later checkout time but denied. Again, it was very inconvenient to drive to the other end of the beach to pickup our second car, drive back to the property, load up our car and be out by 9:00am. We would not choose this location again.
