Stayed Sep 1, 2025Was surprised at the number of steps. 3 flights! The bathroom tub was moldy and needed recaulking . Was expecting TV in 2nd bedroom, was showing in picture. I would not recommend to older people. Bed was comfortable. Second bathroom shower was very small. I wasn’t happy that they charged a $150 deposit when booked 6 weeks out. Then said it could be 2 weeks before returned. The price was average with condos in area.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025Overall, this was a quality location and place to stay for a golf trip. The only issue we had was that front door and patio furniture was covered in pollen. It would’ve been. It would’ve been nice if that was cleaned for us as we would’ve liked to have spent more time out there.

Stayed Dec 2, 2024Great little quiet condo in proximity to all things Pinehurst. Would recommend a cleaning of the HVAC system and ducts. Plus some roaches were emerging from the kitchen sink. Would book again. Great value for location

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has a bug problem and I can not recommend any guests stay here. There were large cockroaches crawling on the floors and climbing up the walls. Response from the rental agency was that this is normal for the area and has refused to apologize or offer any refund. I have stayed in other rentals in this area and never had this problem before so it is not due to the location.
