I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic time in condo #622. The views from the master bedroom, living room area, and deck were gorgeous. We witnessed some beautiful sunsets! The condo was clean and inviting. Our daughter uses a wheelchair and it was spacious enough to move her around easily. There were plenty of spare pillows, blankets, and the kitchen had all of the cookware and utensils we needed. We enjoyed the puzzles (stored in the master closet) as well. Can’t wait to come back!

Stayed Aug 25, 2024My husband and I (both in our 70’s) enjoyed our stay due to the well appointed unit and elevator access. The swivel recliners were perfect for reading and snoozing in front of a large window with a fabulous view of the ocean. The weather was great, quite warm in the afternoons - we appreciated the window screens and screen door to the balcony for cooling the rooms. The only suggestion we have is to make more cupboard space in the kitchen to store the food we brought with us. For a unit that sleeps 4-5 persons there were more dishes than we could ever use or fit in the dishwasher. I think there were 3 different dish 6-8 piece place settings! We didn’t need a full cupboard of cups and glassware either. All said we definitely would visit again and recommend this unit to family and friends!

Stayed Aug 17, 2024This is a really nice condo -the best part is the balcony that has views from 3 sides -it’s a great spot for coffee or wine.

Reviewer Comments: The condo and location were great.However there are a few improvements needed in the common area. Both of the large grills had some burner issues that caused uneven cooking results. The rooftop cooking areas are under repair, so it only leaves the grills by the pool area to cook on. The pool area fireplace also appears to be in disrepair.
