Warm and inviting finishes will welcome you as you walk into the open floor plan and expansive views of the Ten Mile Range from the great room. The bedrooms are all very large, comfortable, and luxurious. You can't beat this location! This is the one you have been looking for.



The Space:

Sleeping: Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2): king size bed with flat panel TV and attached bathroom - wake up to incredible sweeping views! Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2): queen size bed with flat panel TV and shared bath. Bedroom 3 (sleeps 5): queen/full bunk bed with trundle and shared bath. Pack n' Play provided. The bedrooms are all very large and comfortable.



The Neighborhood:

The Maggie Point development sits at the south end of Main St in Breckenridge. Walkability is great and it is a quick 5 minute walk to the nearest restaurant (the Breckenridge Brewery) and 10-15 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift. The neighborhood is also serviced by the free shuttle service.



Getting Around:

Since this town home sits at the South end of Main Street Breckenridge, easy access to restaurants, shops, and the Quicksilver lift will create an effortless vacation for you and your family. This development is also located within a minute walk to a FREE SHUTTLE stop which comes every 15 minutes and is a great way to get around if your legs are worn out from a day in the outdoors. Walk to Main Street Breckenridge within 5 minutes or walk to the Quicksilver lift in 10 minutes.

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule.     The house was in a perfect location, easy access to Breck. The bed was comfortable. The views were amazing. Easy access to the free bus line. Downfalls, not many more nitpicking. The master bedroom needs room darkening shades for people on vacation that want to sleep past sunrise. It is bright in the room at 5:30 AM. The shades in all the rooms facing the mountains were no more than thin privacy shades. I assumed for the views. The temperature can get warm in Breck in Summer, it was 78 degrees in the master bedroom, no ceiling fan or screens for the windows in the master. We had to use the provided floor fans. The darkening shades would have helped, screens in at least one of the master bedroom windows would have been perfect. Communication: A maintenance worker showed up one morning to work on the hot tub. We did not receive any advance notice, not a big deal just would have liked the reassurance they were coming and why. They didn't need access to the house. Amenities: No real outside seating or space for it. In the Summer, morning coffee on the deck would have been nice. We made do by going to town for one of the many busy coffee shops. The hot tub didn't have instructions on operation, just two different instructions on how to open the top. Was simple enough to figure out. We would stay here again. Only complaints again were nitpicky.

    Within walking distance to town. Shuttle to breck very close. Hot tub easy to use and house was fully stocked. Would book again.

    We had a family of four and this condo delivered all we needed. A must on our list when skiing is a hot tub and views, and this delivered both! The unit was clean and orderly and everything was in good repair. Beds were comfortable and we much appreciated the provided humidifiers. The kitchen was well stocked with both cookware and essentials such as spices, and the unit provided paper goods and shampoo & conditioner as well. Easy walk to the bus stop, but also walkable to ski (not in ski boots) or grab a bite. Quiet neighborhood on the south end. Games and even a bluetooth speaker available. Suggestions would be hooks for towels around the hot tub and a boot dryer system in the garage. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

    We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! It was a beautiful home with amazing views. The home exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed. The hosts really go out of their way to pay attention to every little detail to make your stay incredible. The free shuttle was just a short walk away, too! We will definitely be back!

    We loved our stay here, it was well appointed, great location close to downtown main st shops, restaurants, close to Quicksilver or Beaver run chair lifts etc. It was very clean and quiet. Exactly as described. Communications with the owners was clear and easy. We would definitely stay here again.
