6 Mi to Disney World: Condo w/ Community Perks!

I was so nervous about booking a condo but I’m so glad I did. It’s so close to everything and it’s so spacious for a family. We will definitely be staying here again :)

The first day the fridge wasn’t working after we spent hundreds of dollars on food, AC was also not working complained was basically called a liar on second complaint about it the dish soap, sponge, and toilet paper and etc were not there when there was a statement that said it should be available to us the water pressure was also terrible we were provided one garbage bag for 6 people for a one week stay.

Condo is in a gated development with a nice pool and hot tub for your use. It is 15-20 minutes from Disney

Water pressure is extremely low. Previous tenant left unbagged trash in the bin that we bagged so we'd have room for our trash. They only take bagged trash. Over all a great stay! Plenty to do on the property, nice amenities and condo was comfy and well maintained.

This was our 3rd time staying in this specific unit and we brought some friends this time and as usual it was great! It’s perfect proximity to everything and the community is always pleasant and welcoming

This condo was perfect for our party of 3 adults and 2 kids. The only hiccup we had was a miscommunication between the actual property manager and evolve. When booking make sure to reach out to the guest contact to update the adults (and entire party) with them. We spent most of our time outside of the condo and the community so I don't have a review for those, though the community is beautiful. The property manager was very responsive when we discovered a leak under the kitchen sink.Something to keep in mind when checking in: you're only provided 2 rolls of very thin toilet paper when checking in, so if that wont be enough for your party, be prepared to bring or buy extra!

Clean, close to all amenities. Great for family or couples

The property overall was spacious and a good fit for our family.The paint on the trim and the doors was not in great shape - as the doors were peeling and the trim was uneven and paint on the walls.In the bedroom with the bunkbeds there was a piece of floor missing, which with little ones could be dangerous, but was fine for my older child.

This condo was exactly as advertised. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, plenty of towels and lots of room to spread out. Very nice and comfortable. Great location too!

I had to clean the tubs and dish left in the dish wash other stay would have gotten 5 stars check in to get to Property was lengthy when you drove 7 hours

The location is nice, close and near to everything you’d want while in Orlando. The room, not so much. I’m a picture girl, so that’s why I went with this room. The pics made it look much better than it actually was. Beds were comfortable but the in person view is very lackluster

We had a wonderful time in the condo. It offers a great pool area and we had a lot of fun.

Nice little condo for the whole family. The place had all the accommodations we needed, Walmart and Target were within 3 miles. Overall we were comfortable and the place was quiet and surrounding area was safe with a guards at the gate. We would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this location. We were able to enjoy the resort’s amenities a little but most of the time we were at our daughter’s volleyball tournament. Location was in reasonable distance to the convention center and out of the business of the main roads. Quick access to any major attractions. Only thing I would have to complain about and this isn’t the owners problem but the upstairs visitors were up until very early hours of the morning and could be quite loud. Only other thing that ended up being a little tough was that our daughter hurt her ankle playing ball and was put on crutches and then had to manage getting up and down the stairs to get to the condo. Other than that, we truly enjoyed all other aspects.
