5th floor top rated, well appointed beachfront condo. Lazy river, pools, and hot tubs!

We had an amazing day and everything was perfect!

This condo is the epitome of perfection! I could go on and on forever about this unit! From the moment you walk in you feel at home, the cozy beach vibes fill the space from floor the ceiling! The unit was spotless, so the cleaning crew gets two thumbs up! This unit goes above and beyond any unit we have stayed in at the Waterscape property. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can think of and the open floor plan is wonderful! There are several games and dvds to pick from which was very nice on the rainy days where you needed to pass time away from cellphones and tablets. The master bedroom has a makeup vanity and mirror which I have never seen in any other property we have been. The stone and tiled shower off the hall bathroom was perfect and a nice step away from the cheap fiberglass inserts or shower tub combo most other units have. The balcony view was great with a view of several of the pools and a partial ocean view. The mattress in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and my youngest thought the rollaway bed was more comfortable than the pullout sofa so that was a nice bonus having that. If you have infants I did notice they have a pack and play and portable infant chair for use. Whoever owns this condo put a lot of thought into the needs of renters, this will be our go to unit when we return!

So clean and cute! Had everything we needed for our week stay. Even had beach and pool toys!

We were very excited to take our first trip as a family of 3. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short the moment we found a 3ft x 2ft area of black mold on the ceiling in the master bedroom. If it were just my husband and I, we would’ve tried to toughen it out. However, due to the health and safety concerns for our 11 month old, we agreed that we could not sleep in the condo and decided to return home. I notified our “Vacasa Agent” and she “apologized for the inconvenience” and “relayed our concerns to the property manager”. Dealing with Vacasa was a nightmare from the moment I booked the vacation. They didn’t accept the full affirm payment, and when I contacted them they told me to contact affirm. Affirm told me to contact VRBO, and VRBO told me to contact Vacasa. That finally sorted itself out when I just paid with a regular credit card versus trying to set up payments through affirm. We arrived at the resort at 3:00 pm to check in. We waited by the pool until we could get into our room at 4 pm. At 4:15 pm we tried to use the code provided by Vacasa to enter the room. The code wouldn’t work. We contacted our Vacasa manager and after the 3rd code, 30 minutes later, sitting in the 90° heat with an 11 month old, we were able to enter the condo. The master bed frame was broken when we entered the condo. My husband was able to put an empty can of paint he found in the closet under the bed to support the broken bed frame and make it accessible for us to sleep on.

This is our third time staying at the waterscape condos and you can’t go wrong with this resort. Such a great place especially with kids. Lazy river, splash pad, multiple pools, beach service. It’s the best. This particular unit was super nice and updated which we loved. The only down side was the floors were pretty dirty but almost every unit in Florida has floors like this with the sand, etc. Still highly recommend this unit. All other parts were clean and great.

The condo was beautiful, and the kitchen great. There were thoughtful touches like a blender and a box of sand toys. The living room had comfortable furniture. With that said--the view was less than desirable, and the condo seemed a bit cluttered from too much furniture. We were also a bit put off when the owner tried to show the property while we were getting ready for dinner. I had just gotten out of the shower when strangers were trying to come in.

Up to date decor, clean, comfortable bed, near elevator and nice balcony. This condo was in the ideal spot for the view of the splash pad which was perfect for my sons age. Kitchen was great and the second bathroom came in handy. Would love to stay here again! We only had to leave the condo once to go to Publix (less than a mile away) for groceries and eat dinner at AJ's Oysters (right across the street-you can walk there. It was also delicious). There is also a fudpuckers food truck in the middle of the resort to get frozen drinks and hot food. We will definitely be coming back to waterscapes resort and hopefully be able to stay in this exact condo.

It was nice. Would stay here again. Kids loved the pools. Very easy walk to get to pools, beach and parking garage.

This resort is beautiful, pool area is gorgeous, our condo was decorated beautifully. We were taken aback at how crowded the pool and the beach area was. I was very disappointed that we couldn’t enjoy either of them. This place is beautiful, if you like the cruise like atmosphere this is your place .. we just wanted to enjoy the beach and relax in the pool. Kids and teenagers would have a blast.

We were able to get checked in via text message since we arrived after 4. When we walked into our property, our parking passes and wrist bands were waiting on us. The condo seemed very neat at clean. The decor was updated and I felt very comfortable in this space. I love that there are two bathrooms! The resort is amazing! The kiddie pool area is a huge win! I would 100% recommend this property and this resort!
