Host easy to access.Elevator lights on buttons were not working and should be addressed-elevator inspection notices were not posted in the elevator.I contacted host about a broken microwave and bathroom sink which were addressed.Coffee pot in poor condition- it worked but needed to warm coffee in microwave- no filters were provided.Our unit needed better window treatments to block out outside security lights ( for the guest bedroom )

Newly renovated condo . Right on the Gulf. Great view. Nice appliances including big screen tv. Con is small but nice bathrooms and no washer/dryer. No beach chairs

This property was very nice. The problem is with the company we used to rent it - Coastal Vacation Properties. They failed to let us know that the beach was being redone during our stay. This was AFTER they switched us to this condo from another one because it was being renovated during our stay. We needed beach access because my son has a TBI and has difficulty walking in the sand.

This was a great beach front condo on a beautiful quiet beach with gorgeous sunsets right from the balcony. The condo was super clean and beautifully decorated with comfortable beds etc. The beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella were all greatly appreciated. The management team was all very kind and easily reached when needed. Highly recommend this property and management company. Thank you for great memories!

The property was as described. The view was amazing - the rooms were clean and stocked well. The unit was decorated perfectly and provided everything we needed. Would highly recommend as a relaxing, low key place to stay on your beach vacation. I cannot wait to return. Thank you for the use of the amazing condo!

Have stayed in this building before, new to this unit. Very clean, exactly like photos. Excellent neighborhood-20 min walk to local restaurants. Next door to resort, restaurants there also. Very quiet. Pool heated. Highly recommend.

A condo being directly on the beach is exactly what I was wanting for our vacation. The view was beautiful! However, it was ruined by the stupid screen. You try and take a picture from the balcony of the amazing views and you can’t because the screen is in the way. You can’t poke your head out over the balcony and see up and down the coast because the screen is in the way. Such a shame.The beds were super comfy, the towels were super soft and they provided separate towels for the beach, which was really nice. And we used the beach chairs every day. That was a nice perk! We never visited the pool because it was super small. Having an in unit washer and dryer was also very helpful. The walk in shower in the master bath was awesome! However, without a door, the floor in front of the shower got pretty wet, even with the floor mat down, so that was a bummer. I feel that more toiletries should have been provided. The cost per night is high enough that shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash should be provided in ample supply. There were also no full length mirrors! I’m only 5’2”, and I wasn’t able to check myself in the mirror before going out any of the days. The mirrors were all way too high.Overall it’s a great condo and we enjoyed our stay, but had I realized how limited the view was going to be with the screen on the balcony, I would have booked elsewhere.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Its was the perfect size for 2 couples, had a wonderful veranda for watching the sunset and provided direct access to the beach. We will stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and well-equipped. Proximity to the Pink Shell resort is nice for the restaurants. Great sunsets to view on the screened in lanai.

This is a lovely condo, beautifully decorated, in mostly pristine condition. We visited October 2024 and Beach Villas is one of the three condo buildings on this end of the island that is open. This condo is next to Pink Shell Resort. Coastal Vacation Properties/owner provided kitchen supplies (sponge, dishwasher tablets, dish soap) as well as bathroom accessories , plus 4 rolls of quality toilet paper. (First time VRBO renters are always surprised with one roll of very cheap toilet paper.) Kitchen is well-equipped. There is even a Keurig! The TV in the living area is huge. The washer/dryer is a feature that is appreciated. We had significant difficulty with the almost-antique digital door lock. It almost always took several tries of entering the code; sometimes 10 tries. We are familiar with using digital door locks; this was not user error. The lock did not always easily lock from the outside when leaving. It would be helpful as a safety feature to add decals at eye level on the sliding glass doors. This is usually a standard feature in beach condos. My husband walked into the closed door, hit the front of his head, fell to the floor, and hit the back of his head on the tv stand. It would also be helpful to add decals at a child's level. Other than these two problems, it was a great condo that has been well cared for.

I enjoyed the room, the location and access to the beach was good. It was my first time using vrbo. I thought the fees were pretty high but overall we enjoyed our stay.
