5th Floor Bright, Coastal Condo At Waterscape Waterfall, Lazy River

Love the keypad checkin and the two main bedrooms were divided by the main dining/living spaces. The fact each main bedroom had its own full bathroom, then an addition bathroom for guests was a huge plus!

We had fun! Condo was sizable and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of room. Wish we would have had coffee filters and more than one pack of washing detergent as being this close to beach required daily washing and we couldn’t find a convenience store within walking distance. Loved the beach service and other amenities. We will be back.

This specific condo was super clean and conveniently located to the parking garage and elevators/pools and etc. we would definitely stay here again in the future!!! Great unit and resort

The condo was nicely decorated and clean. The bunk room was my favorite room and all the mattresses were very comfortable. The furniture needs an update. One of the chairs was peeling pleather. The couch wasn’t very comfortable. One bedroom had stains on the carpet. But even that wasn’t much of a concern to us and it had everything we needed. The place was perfect for kids! They loved swimming in the pool and it was great to have a zero entrance pool for my two year old. They also really loved the splash area. The lazy river and close access to the beach was my favorite. The only gripe I have is people reserving pool & beach chairs/tables early in the morning and not using them until the afternoon. A bit inconsiderate and I wished pool/beach staff were more strict about rules. I stared at prime spots on the beach for hours with just towels reserving the chairs. The surrounding area outside of the resort was ok. We drove to Destin one day. A beautiful 6-mile drive! Overall we really enjoyed ourselves.

We had a great trip to Fort Walton beach. Much to do around the resort. The beach was clean as well as the room and building as well. Will be going back again someday for sure!

Very nice and kids friendly condo!

We had a great time in this condo! Perfect for families as there’s plenty to do at the resort and near by. We loved the lazy river!

The rooms were very clean, well decorated and mostly comfortable (the bed mattress were very soft, and we prefer firmer mattresses). The layout worked well for our family of 6. The beach was fun and the two complimentary beach chairs was a blessing. The pool was amazing for my kids. The free DVDs kept them entertained during downtime. Overall we would come back. My two complaints were that the sofa bed mattress was really old and not in the best shape and the locks on two of the three bathrooms did not work (we told everyone they must knock each time!).
