This completely renovated slice of paradise is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation condo right on the beach. This corner condo sleeps 8 on the 5th floor of the Phoenix X in Orange Beach. Upgrades include new pergo wood flooring and paint throughout, new furniture and stainless steel kitchen appliances.

· Living room, overlooking the Gulf through floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass door, features a Queen sofa sleeper, two well-cushioned leather recliners and a flatscreen television.

· Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, granite countertops and a breakfast bar that seats four.

· Wood table with seating for six in dining area.

· Master bedroom features a King-size bed with direct balcony access, two nightstands, a desk overlooking the Gulf and a flatscreen television.

· Master bathroom has a granite countertop with a double sink vanity and a new tiled, walk-in shower with sliding glass door.

· Second bedroom has a coastal cottage feel with a Queen-size bed and a flatscreen television.

    Our unit was on a corner so right next to the parking garage and elevator, which was perfect. You couldn’t hear any garage or elevator noise inside the room. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. BEAUTIFUL VIEW of the gulf from balcony, master BR and LR! Right next door to Flora-Bama. Check-in could not have been easier and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have time to use it, but there is a very nice patio area with plenty of grills, a large outdoor pool and an indoor pool. We will definitely go back for a longer stay.

    Perfect for an adult group get away, steps away from the FloraBama, Yatch Club & Ye Ole Grill…very clean, on parking garage side so easy loading/unloading with elevator nearby. Beach, pool, grills…was an awesome spot for the long weekend!

    The smell of mildew hits you as soon as you open the door. The condo sits on the end of the building, with a parking garage view directly to your left. The unit sits back further than the other units, so the balcony is not private. The beds were very comfortable and great water pressure in the showers. Plenty of amenities offered within the complex with a nice clean beach.

    Comfy bed, clean updated unit close to elevator and flora-bama. Not over cluttered or full of extra large furniture like some units we’ve stayed in. I would come back to this location again.

    Check in was smooth. The note given at check in said we had to run the dishwasher and put away the dishes prior to leaving. We found many dirty dishes. Given CIVID-19, one would think housekeeping would make sure the dishes were clean! We took off our shoes when we came in. Our feet were filthy from walking in the master bath and master bedroom. It didn’t appear the floors were mopped. The balcony is large. You have a great view of the beach with lots of seating. The little ones were excited to be able to see their parents drive up in the parking garage. It was pretty quiet. You can hear your neighbors above and below. The pool was clean. Kona ice is available for purchase from 11 am to 5 pm at the pool. The kids loved this. There is a sign asking you to wear your masks in common areas. I would say over 90% of the people did not wear their masks. The elevator said 4 people or one family. However, people didn’t follow the sign. The hand sanitizer in the elevator didn’t work. So things could have been done to help people feel more comfortable and safe. There was security that walked the pool area and the area around the check in desk. I never saw them anywhere else. Flora Bama is next door. You could barely hear their music from the balcony. So don’t let that stop you from renting. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas. Tons of people brought their own too. The kitchen had plenty of dishes should you decide to eat in or cook. Overall, it was a nice place.

    The condo was conviently located right off the fifth floor parking level and it was the first condo off the hallway. So easy to unload our luggage and supplies and although it was located right near the elevator, we never heard any noise. The condo is very modern with a large kitchen and living area. Had everything we needed to cook all meals. Once we parked, we never had to leave. The balcony is large and wraps around as it is a condo on the end. Nice seating area and large table to sit and enjoy coffee and the beach. Master bed was very comfortable. I was extremely pleased with this lovely condo and would certainly book again in the future. FloraBama is right next door and it was never too loud. We much enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to live bands. You will not be disappointed with this condo and location!!
