Stayed Mar 31, 2022We were not allowed to check in until nearly 6pm. 4 pm is horrendous... but this was unacceptable and inconvenient. The excuse was... AEA week. We also had someone from the property management group come into the property without notifying us. We discovered that it was done when we returned to find a note from the property management group. That was also unacceptable. Also be warned that there will be an additional expense extracted for parking. The booking fee, the room cleaning fee and the parking, amounted to more than the actual cost of the room rental. The property was extremely nice... which led us to give it such a high rating.

Stayed Jul 28, 2021It was a nice vacation and good location. The room smelled like cigarette smoke upon entering. The floor was not clean throughout the condo. The dishwasher didn’t work and some dishes that were put up were not clean. The screen door did not open or close.

Stayed Feb 13, 2021Even though it was freezing at the beach my wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the property. We are planning a return visit in the summer time. Everything was just as described.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our week in Orange Beach was amazing!!! Our condo in Phoenix V was immaculate and well equipped with everything we needed. The unit had a view of the pool as well as the vast gulf with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We liked the keyless entry, had no problems whatsoever with the unit and would highly recommend it to others.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The place was really nice but there was grout missing in the bathroom and we had no idea until maintenance came banging on the door because the shower was leaking into the condo below. After that we had to be super careful and not splash any water out of the shower. Someone had been in the condo and checked out the day before we arrived. June 05, 2015....looks like someone would have noticed before then. Other than being a LOT pricey for 3 nights it was wonderful. Oh and shower desperately needs a hand held shower.
