5pts Penthouse - Walk to USC & Downtown - Near Ft Jackson

Very easy process to gain access. Communication with owner was great. Location was the best. Property was very nice and the beds super comfy.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax.The location was perfect—convenient to local restaurants while still being quiet and peaceful. What really stood out, though, was the host’s hospitality. They were responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right.Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again!

This property is exactly as described in the pictures. Condo was very clean and fully stocked with all the basics needed to feel at home away from home. Easy access to restaurants and grocery store (all in walking distance so no need to really drive unless you don’t like walking). Host (Brandon) was easy to contact and prompt in his response time. I would definitely book again when I’m in the area.

I definitely had a great stay. Will plan on coming back for sure. The place is very nice and location to 5 points restaurants was very convenient. Communication with host was very easy too.

Kourtney and Brand are some of the best hosts I’ve dealt with in my 28 years of living.They were incredibly open with communication and had everything set up perfectly, with clear notes for all visitors.The binder was especially helpful—it included great places to eat, emergency information, nearby attractions, and other fun and important spots, plus the views from the penthouse flood!It truly couldn’t have been a better stay. I’ll definitely be booking again happily!Highly recommended!

From booking the stay to checking out, my experience was top tier! Kourtney & Brandon were very communicative and easy to chat with. They provided very clear check-in instructions and the home is as pictured. The home is very clean, organized, and a peaceful environment to call home while away from home. Their booklet provided many FAQs along with tips for places to eat and whether there were daily specials, which I loved. I would definitely recommend and book again! Location was great, walking distance from many places

The property is located in the heart of Five Points. Right where we wanted to be. My son was at U of SC orientation for a few days, so we stayed here because it was so close to the university. Walked to restaurants and shopping. Unit was very clean and well furnished. Beds were comfortable. Very good.

We were in town for Fort Jackson family day and graduation - this location was perfect. It’s I the five corners area with tons of shops and places to eat and it only took about 15 min to get to Fort Jackson. Very safe and very cute neighborhood. The penthouse was very clean and very comfy!

We stayed here for a USC visit. We walked to all of our meals and even to campus. Parking was easy and convenient. It is a little noisy on the weekends because you are surrounded by restaurants and bars with outdoor seating and there are train tracks nearby. We didn’t mind it. The place was immaculate and exactly as pictured. Communication was great.
