    This is a perfect location to be secluded enough to enjoy the views but a quick walk to the strip. This is our second time staying here.

    My husband and I celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary on this trip. We got married in Gatlinburg and have celebrated our anniversaries here ever since. We have stayed in hotels, cabins, and chalets. This is the first time we stayed in a condo. We wanted something close to the Parkway on this trip that had more amenities than a hotel, and this was perfect. The corner balcony provides a fantastic view, and the condo has all the amenities we needed. It was even decorated for Christmas, which we loved. We also had a special treat of being visited by what seems to be the resident bear who likes to hang out in the area of where the condo building is located. The host, Trevor, is very quick to respond when questions are asked. We highly recommend this condo. Thanks, Trevor!

    We loved the accommodations! It was just a described & pictured. The pictures do make it look a little larger than it really is, but it was the perfect size for the 4 of us. We were within walking distance of the parkway. You could see the city lit up from the balcony. The unit is on the same level as parking so coming and going is a breeze.

    We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean, cozy, and perfect for our sisters’ weekend. The host was very communicative, sending helpful messages and updates, and check-in was smooth and easy. The location was great—just a five-minute walk to the main strip. exactly as advertised. We’d definitely stay here again! I recommend visiting Anakeesta and Ober Mountain. Spectacular views!

    Very cozy and clean. Would stay again. The 5 min walk was from the stairway from the pool, I was a little concerned at first then found the stairs. Definitely would stay again

    Excellent condo in the heart of Gatlinburg! Perfectly located for walking to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions. The owner was incredibly easy to communicate with and super responsive both before and during our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable getaway!

    We had a great time staying in this unit. It was a nice size for two adults and we really enjoyed the corner balcony. It was an easy walk to town and I would recommend taking the back stairs if you are planning to go on foot. There is a trolley pick up out the front door and down the street, which is also very convenient. There is a large parking lot in front of the building and it was nice not to have to stress about finding parking. The manager Trevor was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again if we return for a visit.

    This was a great place to start a weekend hiking trip into the Smokies. The unit was clean and reasonable walking distance from Gatlinburg's main drag. Would have appreciated some coffee in the morning.
