Very peaceful location, nice view, great for reading and relaxing in the condo and on the patio. We were very disappointed with the amenities. It was advertised that tennis/pickleball courts could be accessed easily by a code - we were given the wrong code #, then after searching around to find someone working at the Clubhouse, because it was not open (he kindly gave us the correct code). The indoor pool and hot tub were filthy! The owners advertised they had tennis equipment so we did not bring our own, only to find out there were no tennis balls! There was not enough soap, shampoo or toilet paper and we ran out! Not enough hangers or warm blankets. The battery for the bathroom clock needed replacement, the Keurig coffeemaker did not have a filter. The water is not good for drinking. The grocery store is pretty far away, not much local shopping and many restaurants had closed for the fall/winter! On our last full day the neighbor was replacing their patio so it was very noisy. A disappointing Anniversary getaway to say the least.

The property was as described and depicted. Extremely comfortable and cozy. The location was amazing. The amenities were an easy walk to access. Will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at Bernards Landing. Excellent communication with the owner. Loved the views and the town. Nice New Year getaway and would love to stay again if we visit the area.

The room was clean and as described. Everything worked efficiently. Some of the neighbors were welcoming and helpful in things to see and experience in the area. I would gladly love to book this condo again in the future.

When we arrived, it was warm and humid outside. It was also warm and humid inside. The A/C unit had been set to cool to 50 degrees. As a result, the unit was completely frozen up and inoperable. I spoke to the host and he said there was nothing he could do that evening, but that he would send somebody out in the morning. We got the call Saturday morning that a guy was on the way. We got up and got dressed and he arrived. Obviously, this problem took hours to defrost. We left and came back in the afternoon to a cool unit and had a fine evening. You are probably thinking the host offered us something for an awful night. We were offered no consideration or compensation for the inconvenience. Bring towels too if you want more than 1 towel each for a 2 day weekend. We spent our honeymoon 40 years ago at Bernard's Landing and have had many great trips there. This is no reflection on the resort.

It was a good time overall. Condo wasn't clean enough and some stuff that was listed wasn't there.
