In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 4, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This beautifully renovated fourth floor Kiawah Island oceanfront villa features two bedrooms and serene views over the beach and ocean.

As you walk into the villa, you are greeted with an abundance of natural light. The fully equipped kitchenoffers white cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Two bar stools provide the perfect spot to have a quick bite in the morning or in between stretches at the beach. For a more formal setting, the dining table for four is great for gathering at meal times.

Continue into the living room where you’ll find ample seating for the whole family, a flat screen TV, and access to the oceanfront balcony. The quiet and serene balcony offers two Adirondack chairs where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail while overlooking the peaceful ocean.

Located off of the living room, the primary bedroom provides a king bed for optimal comfort. Guests can also enjoy watching TV on the flat screen television, or looking out the window to watch the sunrise or sunset over the beach. A bathroom is attached and features double sinks, a large walk in shower and ample closet space.

You will find the second bedroom off the entryway hall. The bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, a small television, and an attached full bathroom (which is also accessible from the hall).

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
