Our sister trip stay was absolutely great. The condo was nice, right on the beach with close proximity to restaurants in FT Walton and Destin, so that was nice. The ocean was beautiful, we saw dolphins a couple of days, and the pool (and area around it) was always clean. The grounds were beautiful and well kept as well. I cannot say enough about how accommodating our host, Beverly, was! She went out of her way to help us with a couple different request we had, and we were so appreciative. We were blessed to have this vacation together, and we hope to return here again.

Everything about this place was great! LOVED sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean in the morning and again at night :) decor and furniture really nice and updated. Kitchen was fully stocked and everything was in good working order. highly recommend

Great place to stay

Property was nice and clean. The only complaint I had was every mattress in the place was well past its expiration date.

The condo was nice, roomy, and clean. Great parking and beautiful ocean view.

Condo was prefect the only down fall I would say is the code to the condo does not become active until exactly 4:00pm.

We were a party of 3, my husband and his brother who had a fishing trip on the Gulf Coast on his bucket list. This condo is absolutely beautiful! The view is breath taking, the beds are comfy, and the rooms are spacious and quiet. There were even some beach toys (boogie board!) in a closet. We also enjoyed the fireworks on Friday, from the front door. I highly recommend 513 Island Princess.

Our stay was incredible! We had the best time and the property was better than we could have imagined!

Property was just as advertised. Location and views were amazing. Property was clean and kitchen was well stocked with cookware, etc. we loved sitting out on the balcony of an evening watching the waves roll in.

Do NOT HESITATE to book this condo! Immaculately clean with beautiful view of the Gulf from living room and master with tons of natural light. We loved everything about our stay and felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. Really appreciated the complimentary beach chairs/umbrella each day. The beach is gorgeous and was not at all crowded. Don't pass on this one!

Awesome condo!!! Very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, appliances, etc… Would whole heartedly recommend!!

Perfect location for our family vacation! The property sits right in the beach, just a short walk to the chairs/umbrellas for easy back and forth throughout the day.

Our condo was amazing! It was exactly what we expected and we enjoyed our 12 night stay. It is perfect for our group of 4. The condo was well stocked with all the cooking necessities, however it lacked your basic salt & pepper and coffee so be prepared to shop right away. Bedding was very comfortable. Check in was easy and access to the beach was a breeze. The chairs and umbrella that come with the condo was a huge bonus! Have our own parking space was also a plus. We will definitely return!

This was a great property! It was extremely clean & very comfy. Location was great & the views were amazing! The condo was bright & airy. It was the perfect get away for Mothers Day weekend! I would recommend a stay here & will return.
