Stayed Apr 23, 2022Overall the property was great, but there were a couple items we wanted to call to your attention: 1) The lock box was extremely difficult to figure out and, in fact, we were unable to lock it back up upon our departure. Last year we stayed in a unit that had a keyless entry. That was great because we didn't have to think about keys when we went to the beach. 2) The living room furniture was dated and somewhat worn. For older people, the couch and chairs did not provide good support when sitting. 3) Everything else was great and we would possibly consider rebooking this unit again.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our time in 5101 Windswept. Two comments. Felt like a box of tissue should have been provided in each bathroom. None supplied in condo. Linens would be described as poor. Only one pillow per person. No extras. Most of us sleep with more at home. Only top sheet and very thin bed spread/blanket on bed. No extras. Wished I had brought my own linens from home. I would not rent this condo again due to that. I would recommend it to a friend with that caveat.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome location!! Kitchen is very small and could use more silverware, towels and storage containers. The bed in the junior suite was extremely hard & uncomfortable.

Only issue with the villa was one light fixture above the bar was smoking when on. Maid showed up an hour early, which made check-out a little congested.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is wonderful with a beautiful view and close proximity to the beach boardwalk. Unfortunately the unit really needs upkeep. The toilets do not flush well. The bathrooms in general need maintenance work including cracked and peeling walls and paint. The kitchen was not well supplied with utensils and cooking tools/ needs. The kitchen drawers and cabinets were dirty inside and out. The washing machine smells. I called to have the shower curtain replaced which was moldy. We enjoyed our stay nevertheless but were disappointed in the condition of the condo especially given the cost. We expected better upkeep of the rental unit.
