Although SeaChase has become our home away from home this was our first stay in 501West. We love the 5th floor - beautiful views. The condo was clean. SeaChase and the beach are beautiful in the fall and especially at Thanksgiving. The Management on site is both friendly and helpful. We booked through and were very pleased . Thank you for a lovely stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at SeaChase 10+ times and this was by far the worst unit. I would never recommend this unit or will not stay there again. There were tears in the furniture, extension cords running all over the place, water stains on the ceiling, dated appliances, mismatched furniture, and gaps in the carpet among other things. To top it off I called and left a message to speak to the manager with no return call. This unit should be removed from the rental listing or be at a more economical price as it does not meet expectations for this complex. Unfortunate that the customer service lacked the appropriate follow up and remediation.

The guest bathroom commode flushed constantly every 15 seconds during the whole 4 days. The commode would not flush when we arrived, and when maintenance arrived to correct that problem he rudely/abruptly informed me that the commode would have to be “reset” because someone incompetent extended the marble over the tank lid and nonone’s hands can reach inside. Very much disturbed an otherwise quiet stay.

Carpet in beachfront property is not practical. Management was very professional and provided very good service. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend Seachase to anyone and have already made reservations for next year in a unit with no carpet.
