With our famous sugar sand beach right across the street, Gulf Place offers easy access to not only the beach but a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options without ever having to get in the car (Because nobody should deal with traffic on vacation!). Restaurants such as The Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, Papa Surg Burger Bar, and Chef's 30A Deli are within a short walking distance and is sure to appease any appetite. Shopping such as 30A Gear, Coastal Paradise, and Islanders Coastal Outfitter offers all the beach gear and apparel you could need to make the most of your coastal getaway.

Tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, corn hole and a community green with weekly concerts (every Sunday June 4th - August 14th, 5 - 8 PM) provides you and your family with enough entertainment to make even the hardest to please smile. Our beautifully updated Cabana 103 bungalow has all the makings of great coastal escape with a revitalizing beachy atmosphere, and it features an amazing hallway mural painted by local artist Cecilia Haught. The open living room offers plush, comfortable couches and a sleeper sofa (with new memory foam mattress) with a large, wall mounted flat screen T.V. A fully appointed kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining table offers seating for two with expandable seating for four. A patio with four outdoor chairs and table allows you to soak in the sea breeze and sits right off the pool deck (super convenient for storing bikes and watching the kiddos!). A king sized bed in the bedroom holds a personal wall mounted flat screen T.V., while a separate open bunk room holds two fun built in bunk beds.

    Very nice place to stay. Has a great beach feel and decor. There are a lot of shops and restaurant's within 1 block area. The only draw back is the area is so crowded you can't see the beach or ocean without walking down to it.

    Very cute condo, second time staying here, great location, easy walk to beach/restaurants. Only complaint was loud walking, etc.could be heard from condo above day and night. We heard nothing during our first trip but this time was really bad.

    Pros: the convenient location right on 30A. The pool is a few feet away from the back door and the beach access is literally across the street. There is a variety of restaurants and touristy shops within walking distance. The property is also very cute with a beach vibe and very clean. There was good communication with the manager up until we checked out. Afterward my message went unanswered. Cons: it will not accommodate any group of 3 or 4. It’s great for 2 guests or a family with small kids. My son is an adult and barely fit in the second “bedroom”. It isn’t an actual room but a hallway with bunk beds. It has no storage or windows and the beds are very small. He had to hang his clothes in our closet which meant that he had to go into our room to grab clothes. We made it work but, like I said it won’t accommodate any group.

    The property was well kept except for the outside storage bin on the porch. There were a lot of extra hooks throughout the bathrooms and doors to hang wet towels or suits on that were much appreciated. The king bed was softer than we like but comfortable. Our kids slept well in the bunk beds. The outdoor storage bin did hold extra beach chairs and beach toys but unfortunately, a pack rat or rodent had gotten in there so lots of poop so unsanitary to use most of the items. The location of this property is perfect for pool access and the beach. We were super happy to have the first floor too since the elevator was broken. This unit is also super convenient to the washer and dryer. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit or location to others.

    This is located in a cute little area with shops, restaurants in walking distance, which is great! But it's quite a distance from Seaside and vicinity (8 mi). The unit backs to the pool, which is very convenient. It is across the street from the beach (no amenities). The beach chairs that were included with the room were old/rusty/stinky. The unit was decorated very cute but it felt worn. There was blood on the door frame, which was just EW!. There was a dead bird on the back patio. I texted the inquiry number to ask to get it cleaned up and didn't get a response, therefore no cleanup. I was having problems with my messaging on the vrbo.com website, so if they did respond, I didn't see it. I had problems with the messaging feature earlier, and asked them to email/text me the room code info, which they did; I am still unable to see if they responded in the messaging feature. The ocean water was brown, not sure if that's just the area or due to a storm the previous week, but it was a bit of a let down since we were expecting turquoise water. The sand was bright white and very soft (and squeaky). I would choose something closer to the hub (near Seaside or surrounding areas) next time.

    We loved the decor and location! Would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of linens and towels. My grandson loved that Nemo and Dory were on the bunk beds.
