50 feet from 10th floor pool and hot tub! Gorgeous Condo! Resort

While the staff was friendly, our couch-bed was broken and dirty. The frame was completely missing hardware and the mattress was found to have orthodontic rubber bands on it. I reached out upon arrival to email the contact person and was told “it looks like you have plenty of beds without having to use the sleeper sofa”. I reminded them that there was nowhere to sit with the broken couch. They were able to get the couch fixed within 24 hours but we found black mold growing on the shower head in the master bath. I, again, notified the staff. The second day, they sent out housekeeping to wipe off the shower head. By the time I left, the dishwasher had leaked all over the floor in the kitchen and the towel bar broke in the master bath. I emailed asking for at least my cleaning fee refunded and was told they couldn’t do that. It was a frustrating experience with something either dirty or broken every day of our stay. The elevators often had a wait and the pools were full as the facility wasn’t equipped to handle the amount of people lodging there. Staff advised that it’s always like that and that your fastest route is the stairs. We were on the 10th floor and the only ventilation for the stairwell is a broken, exposed fan at one of the lower levels of the stairwell. It does not work so you are extremely hot on top of exhausted by the time you got to your floor. There were old socks, food, and alcohol containers in the stairwell as well. It was extremely disappointing.

This was by far the worst rental experience we’ve ever had. The condo was filthy, neglected, and unsafe from the moment we walked in. It was clear that no proper cleaning or inspection was done prior to our arrival.Here’s what we walked into:* Beds with food crumbs, hair, and dirty linens — including bunk beds and a sleeper sofa that hadn’t been touched since the last guest.* Chipped, cracked, and unwashed dishes shoved back in the cabinets. I had to wash everything before use.* Dust and dirt everywhere — in drawers, on walls, door frames, and under every piece of furniture.* A broom full of someone else's hair and a vacuum packed with filth were left in the unit.* Towels smelled sour, and the washer reeked of wet dog.* The dryer ran even with the door wide open — a major safety hazard.* Balcony furniture was broken and dangerous for kids.* The worst part: a butter knife was stashed above the front door, allowing anyone to pop the lock and enter. We did not feel safe sleeping there.The bathrooms had signs of covered-up water damage and possible mold, and the entire unit looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in months, if not longer. This property should not be listed in its current state. I would never recommend this unit to anyone — it’s unsafe, unsanitary, and nothing like what’s shown in the listing.

This unit was conveniently located within a short walking distance to the beach and on the same floor as one of the pools. Never lacked hot water for showers and the beds were comfortable, with the exception of the sleeper sofa. The light show was a neat feature and it was great having shopping and dining close by on the property. We enjoyed our stay, however with a few minor adjustments, this could have been a better than mediocre experience. This particular unit had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The floors were not mopped so if you walk barefoot, your feet would be filthy. There was thick dust on the artwork and other high places. The kitchen cabinets were grimy like they hadn’t been wiped down in awhile. We also found leftover coffee in the coffee maker from the previous visitors. Aside from cleanliness, there were only a handful of other inconveniences which I notified the owner about and they offered to fix during our stay or after we left.

The toilet in master bathroom was not cleaned properly and the water run all the time. The floor didn’t look like it had been swept or mopped.

This condo was clean and had new appliances. Beds were comfortable. Great views from the balcony. Host was great with communication. I would recommend!

We had to stay in another unit because of a leak. The ceiling and walls in the new unit were covered in mold, so we were moved to a third unit. It was pretty nice, needed a few minor repairs but nothing major. The communication was good and after all of the moving, we had a good stay.

The first time we opened the door to go to the beach a small piece of trim that they had screwed into the wall fell off, revealing missing wood in the door frame. So there was nothing there to attach the trim to. I called them right away and sent pics (we had been there less than 12 hrs). I return home to find out they charged me $343.16 for the repair stating we damaged it (it was me and my sister we are in our 50’s and opened the door for the first time to walk out of the condo) I tried very hard to get them to rectify it. I spoke with vrbo and they tried to contact them with me on the phone and they would not pick after having just spoken to the customer service rep. I only rent from premier hosts because I figure there is some integrity involved with the host, that is not the case. What was a great 5 day getaway turned into a nightmare.

The property is as described. Lots of dust in this condo. So bad it’s on the walls in the master bedroom. Probably wouldn’t stay in this condo again. We normally stay at Regency Tower & it’s one of the oldest condos in panama. I don’t care how new or old a place is as long as it’s clean. I felt like there was no use in contacting the owner/manager because the dust was brought up in someone else’s review. An obviously still hasn’t been addressed. I wonder if the owners even visit this unit.
