Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This four-bedroom, three-bath property features a beautiful spacious end unit, FAU heating, TVs in all bedrooms, and vaulted ceilings. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people, is non-smoking and yes pets are permitted so bring Fido along. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. They accommodated our late check out with no problem since there were no check ins on our departure date. The late check out was much appreciated!
The condo was clean and well supplied. We had everything we needed for a nice summer getaway and really enjoyed the location close to the village.

Everything was as described and worked fine, the kitchen is well equipped, only the dining table/area could be larger considering the capacity for the house.
We used the condo for our annual family ski trip. It fit our family of seven adults and four children well. We usually stay up by Canyon Lodge but wanted to experiment with being closer to town this year. It is close enough to the Village Gondola to walk but I wouldn't want to do it in ski boots. The kitchen is well set up and there are a couple of different coffee makers. It is well decorated with a large dining table. The beds are comfortable but the walls seemed a little thin. Both of the toddlers in our group struggled a little with the altitude at night and cried at times. It was very easy to hear in the other bedrooms and I would assume in the next condo over. The condo is well stocked with plenty of games and videos. We got a little confused by the parking situation. The paperwork in the unit says that there are 3 permits allowed but the management said the HOA only allows 2. They were able to accommodate us though since some other units did not need all of theirs. Although this is supposed to be a non-smoking unit, all of us did smell smoke when we arrived. Didn't notice it as much though after we opened the windows for a while though. The wi-fi is a bit fussy at times especially with so many people using it. Most of us chose not to use it. Because we had toddlers in the group we brought a gate to put at the top of the stairs. Glad we did. We will definitely consider this unit for future trips in winter and summer.
The unit was clean and upgraded. I liked the 5 minute walk to the Village gondola. Parking was abundant and I liked the fact that this is a corner unit so you're only sharing 1 wall with the condo next to you. The kids loved their bunk room with entertainment/video game console. Overall spacious and fit our needs. Also property management was good about communicating. Would definitely come back again for future stays.
