Book this 5-star two bedroom, two bathroom townhome located at Eagle Lodge at the prestigious slopeside community of Eagle Run for your ultimate mountain getaway. The living room is light and bright with natural light, featuring a comfy couch with pull-out sofabed, cozy gas fireplace, large flatscreen TV, and dining with seating for 6. A private washer and dryer means no wet ski clothes in the morning, and provides the comforts of a home away from home.

The kitchen has all of the appliances and amenities including granite counters, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, oven and dishwasher. Everything you need to make a nice family dinner after a fun-filled day of adventures! The master bedroom features a King bed, flatscreen TV and en-suite full bathroom with double vanity, tub/shower combo. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids with a bunk bed featuring a Twin on top and Double on bottom, also with flatscreen TV, and a shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. The unit offers free WIFI and is not pet friendly.

All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This Eagle Run complex has underground heated garage parking (garage clearance is 8' 2) so you don't have to worry about shoveling, and enjoy a soak in the outdoor hot tub after a long day. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with one assigned parking spot in the covered garage with additional outdoor guest parking on a first come, first serve basis. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options.     Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pefect location for skiing. literally 10 steps and youre on the ski run, annnd you could jsut about ski to your front door when done. Garage access is easy and lugage cart helps with carrying items to the condo. Would suggest an update to the coffee maker, and providing some plastic wrap and aluminum foil would be nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit 114 and loved it. It’s the closest unit to the slopes and we were able to ski back right to the front door! Love the complex, well maintained with heated garage parking. After a healthy snow storm the maintenance crew had the walkways cleared by 8:00AM. We had a great time!!!

We cooked all our meals which was great since we were exhausted from skiing so much no one wanted to go out!

Except for a handful of units that are located alongside Eagle Run (the true ski-in/ski-out units), this is one of the closest units to Eagle Run/Lodge - a big plus if you like to ski & don't want to hassle with driving/parking or taking a shuttle to the lodge. The condo itself is very nice & sufficiently updated if not a little tight on the square footage. Also, the unit is located very close to the outdoor hot tub if that's your thing. The underground parking (with higher clearance than most other parking in Mammoth) is a nice bonus. Having a washer & dryer in the unit is also great (esp if you have kids). Property management was responsive - we were there during one of Mammoth's worst blizzards and had to call for a shovel just to dig our way out of the unit (on multiple days) - it was delivered quickly considering the weather conditions. Check in & out was easy breazy. The unit is precisely as pictured. It was delivered clean & ready to go. Aside from a couple minor repair issues, everything in the unit worked. No major issues/problems to note which is remarkable considering how crazy the blizzard was during our visit (e.g. the mountain itself was closed for 2 entire days). I would definitely stay here again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is a plus, easy ski in ski out. I would no longer call it luxury as this unit is showing it’s age and heavy usage. Paper supplies (paper towels, tissues and toilet paper) were “motel” quality not luxury. For our 2 week stay, we had to change our own sheets and towels which we picked up at the off site office, Mammoth Reservation on Meridian Blvd. When we changed the master bedroom pillowcase we discovered one of the pillows was stained with blood. It was not washed just covered by a new pillow case. Really unsanitary and gross! The unit is no longer luxurious but shabby. It’s a great location for skiing the Eagle lift side of Mammoth but need much TLC to be Luxury.

There were crumbs and hairs in the main bedrooms bed. No extra towels or blankets. Very dated appliances and electronics. Lighting was bad. One tiny lamp per room. Location was great but the details really ruined it.

    Tough time to visit Mammoth. The community is overwhelmed with snow, property damage due to snow and the risk of explosion from buried home gas tanks. Everyone is having trouble finding help to clear all of the snow. I understand how challenging this is and anyone trying to manage a business in this environment has my sympathy. But this crisis is not an acceptable excuse for setting aside basic safety while charging premium prices for lodging. We arrived to: Flooded walkways, overhead walls of unstable snow that collapsed onto the narrow paths more than once, debris including broken glass, roof insulation material and other garbage in the pathways, and no access to the advertised ski in ski out pathways or the hot tub. Several ladders left leaning across the walkway were hazardous for people trying to walk past as well as something unattended children could easily fall from. After the second day the walkway drains were finally cleared. Also walkways were widened; but in doing so the snow removal people just blew the snow up on the top of the existing snow walls in the process broke more windows and increased the danger of snow collapsing back onto the path. Meanwhile each trip along the pathway we tracked pieces of broken glass into the unit which resulted several times in cuts to our feet. It was not until the 4th day that most of the glass was finally cleaned from the walkway. Unfortunately that took a phone call and having to listen to the management office make excuses before this basic safety issue was addressed. I was made to feel like I was not understanding and that the broken glass on the ground was just how things had to be. On the third day of our stay we were woken at 7am to a loud snow blower outide our door, shouting, and men working at the the window where my young children were sleeping. According to the management office they were there so early because it's a different company and we cant control the time. (FYI, no one is managing the people doing this job and they are not trained in creating safe passages, they are making the problem worse and damaging the property in the process.) If I am paying a premium price I should have some baseline expectations: 1. That the product matches what is sold. 2. Basic safety. Not having to walk through standing water for access, risk collapsing snow banks or deal with broken glass. Or clearly communicate in advance with a discount or refund option. We did not receive what we paid for.
