5 minutes to private Siesta Key Beach + 2 heated pools and pickleball courts

Condo was exactly as described. Solon was excellent at communicating and helped us with any questions we had. The condo is in a great spot and just a few minutes from the private beach access. We would definitely recommend.

Solen’s condo was clean and well stocked. I had everything I needed in the kitchen to make breakfast each day and all of the gear for a day at the beach. It was easy to get into the condo first time and communication was great. Would stay there again :)

We had a terrific day at this home in Siesta Key. Check in was a breeze and the owners were responsive throughout our stay. Plenty of space, a fully functional kitchen, comfortable living room and cozy master bedroom. About 1.5 miles to siesta key village for shopping, dining & live music and about 1/2 mile to one of the public beach entrances with parking. Any time we had a question or request of the owners they were addressed immediately. We really enjoyed our time there and would absolutely reach out again on our next visit.

This was an excellent property. It was clean, well appointed, conveniently located near village and across from the beach in a lovely private and quiet villa community on the bayside. The community has 2 pools, small fitness center, grills and bay views. The trolley stop was nearby, but one could also walk to the restaurants, shops and gelato in the village. The hosts were gracious and responsive. They even provided a generous welcome gift!

The property is in a perfect location! I feel safe in the neighborhood. It is family oriented and peaceful. The beach is absolutely beautiful! The public transportation options are amazing and easy to utilize. Having all the accessories for the beach makes the beach day perfect!

I can't say enough good things about our experience! The owners are friendly, accommodating and super helpful! The place is absolutely lovely! So comfortable, clean and well appointed, with nice little added touches; just bring your swimsuit and you'll be all set! I would 100% recommend this place and we'll definitely be staying here on our next visit to Siesta Key!

The home and homeowners were lovely generous and kind. There was every accommodation we needed to have a relaxing day at the beach! We wanted for nothing. I am grateful this family let my daughter and I enjoy their home for the week. Their hospitality was was warming and refreshing. Thank you so much for making our vacation a special one ?

The owners are wonderful and the property has private beach access, two pools, bay fishing and is a quiet retreat from the busy hub-bub of the island.
