You will adore this cozy & stylish condo, with its unbeatable location near the base of Park City Mountain Resort. Just five minutes from the Main Street Historic District, this is a charming getaway where you can make endless Park City memories. With an updated kitchen, open-concept layout, gas-burning fireplace, and community hot tub for your use, this condo provides ultimate comfort in addition to its incredible location.

Enter and find yourself in the fully updated kitchen thatboasts granite countertops, a tile backsplash and wood floors, a roomy stainless steel refrigerator, and a bar that seats four and serves as the perfect bridge between the kitchen and nearby dining area. Just off of the kitchen, you will find the living area with a dining table with seating for four. Just off the living area you will find a covered porch area with a nice view of the base of Park City Mountain!

The living room is primed for your comfort with plush furnishings, including a couch and two armchairs that all make it easy to sit back and relax after a day of adventures. In this cozy and inviting space, you will also find end tables with lamps, a gas burning fireplace, 55-inch flat-screen TV, and access to the private balcony.

A newly renovated bathroom located just off the kitchen area features a single-sink vanity and a fully-tiled shower with a glass door. Its location also makes it easy to access all of the shared spaces, as it is also just off of the open-concept kitchen/living/dining room. This bathroom is shared by the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

When you’re ready to rest up for your next excursion, make your way to one of three bedrooms located off of the shared spaces. The primary bedroom features stately furniture, including a queen sized bed, a gas burning fireplace, a desk area, flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom. The newly updated primary bath boasts a roomy vanity and a glass enclosed tile shower.

The second and third bedrooms are located off of the entry hallway. The 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed, wall mounted HDTV and access to the shared bathroom just outside in the hallway. The third bedroom features a stylish queen bed along with a twin bunk bed and access to the shared bathroom just outside in the hallway.

Common area features include a large size hot tub, ping pong table and a small ground floor lounge. Located down one flight of stairs directly below the condo!

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You never know with these places - were the pictures taken a decade ago? Is the furniture different now? Is there ACTUALLY a coffee maker? Yes. This place lived up to everything. Exactly as pictured - its clean, modern and inviting. Location is amazing for access to Park City lifts (short walk up the hill), or to downtown (busstop right out front, or 15 minute walk). Professionally cleaned, and the coffee maker worked fine (its a basket filter Mr Coffee, not a cone, btw)The beds were comfortable, mattresses can always be better, but no real complaints. Checkin was simple - just the door code and the garage code (Though i did have to call for the building/stairwell code...and then try to remember all 3 of them!) And you get a parking pass for the outdoor spots as well as your own garage (great for leaving ski gear to dry!) (Note: there is no spot for this apartment in the underground garage next door, just the general street spots across from it, but that wasn't an issue us)Hot tub was roomy and working fine - though i prefer outdoor tubs to this indoor tub, it was still very welcome after a day on the slopes.Really happy with this place, would definitely return, thanks!

    Super convenient location all around, but especially for PCMR. Walked to and from the lifts (in ski boots) multiple times with no problems! This is a great location to stay if you have kids or other beginner skiers/ snowboarders in your group because of the access to the green terrain is way easier than the Canyon side. The condo had everything we needed and was well set up for a family trip. We had a 3 year old with us and I’d say it’s pretty well childproof. There’s plenty of parking also if you have multiple vehicles. The indoor hot tub is huge and easy to get to. Would come back and recommend for sure!

    Great location, easy to get to slopes, awesome kitchen. However… there needs to be some things improved upon. 1. Drapes, need to block out people seeing in or light. Really cheaply done, and not fully private. The beds and bedroom furniture are ok, but not great. Felt like someone went to a garage sale and bought all of the furniture. Lighting was minimal, and should be improved. Great value, but not luxurious… if the bedrooms and guest bathroom are upgraded, this goes from middle of the road, to best in class.

    Well located, clean condo. Our check in was delayed by the fact that the lock to the room was broken and not functioning. Upon further discussion with the property management team, it was stated that there is no physical backup key and that we have always used that code, two things that didn't bring any comfort from a security perspective. In addition, the laundry was broken for the duration of the trip. This of course happens but regardless is not what was advertised or paid for. I would request a refund of the service fee given the mismanagement by the property management team (no fault of the cleaning team, or owner!).

    Property was pretty nice and close to lifts after short uphill walk. The office was closed early upon arrival and no phone calls were returned for parking information as requested. Overall would stay here again, just lacked some communication regarding parking. We didn't get a parking ticket so that I guess worked out well.

    The unit looked recently updated. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee maker/toaster/pots and pans. Very clean. It was great to have a full size washer and dryer. The location was amazing! Very short walk to Park City Mountain and a nice walk to the downtown scene.

    We stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. The location was an easy 5 min walk to the base and a quick 5 min uber to anywhere downtown. The place was just as listed. The dishwasher did leak and the front door keypad had some faults but other than that everything was great. Beds were comfy and our group loved the hot tub. Would stay again!

    This is a perfect spot for anyone who’s looking to ski Park city Mountain Village. It’s a short walk up the hill to the base of the mountain. 10 minute walk to town and a short ride to the grocery store. The condo itself was clean and spacious. The rental office is easy to work with and allows you to leave your luggage if needed. the hot tub was also great. make sure to ask the office staff which building your condo is in because it can be difficult to locate. Definitely could’ve used more towels and more soap/shampoo for our three day stay. The lower windows in the bedrooms do not have curtains, so there isn’t much privacy. The bedroom by the road is noisy, and the headlights from the cars shine into the room. Need more curtains. This is likely specific to room 201. Overall was great for us!!!
