Welcome to your nature-inspired island sanctuary. This newly remodeled two-bedroom condo was designed with connection, comfort, and calm in mind. Located on the ground floor for easy access, it opens up to 180 degrees of down-island views. You can see Hans Lollik’s silhouette off the balcony and down island views in the distance.

Inside, Casper memory foam beds, high-thread-count linens, and Pottery Barn-meets-island-modern furnishings make the space feel elevated, not overdone. A fully stocked kitchen with pour-over and pod-style coffee options makes mornings easy. Curl up on the memory foam sleeper sofa or sip wine on the balcony at sunset, this space is meant to feel like home.

For families, little travelers are especially welcome. You'll find toys, books, puzzles, a Pack 'n Play, and plenty of space to spread out. Additional baby gear rentals are available through a trusted local partner so you can travel lighter.

Whether you’re friends looking to recharge, a family on a beach-hopping mission, or remote workers looking for peace with a view, this spot gives you access to everything without being in the thick of it.
Please note the community pool is about a 3 minute drive from the condo. We don't recommend walking as it's mostly uphill and bit too far to walk unless you enjoy rigorous physical activity while on vacation.

-Cistern water system maintained by the condo association
- Important note: During the cool “Christmas Winds” season (Dec–Feb), if you open the doors to enjoy the breeze, please shut off the AC to avoid damaging the units
- Hurricane season is August–October—we strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of a hurricane
-Power outages happen occasionally in island life. This unit does not have a generator. If one occurs during your stay, water and power will return once island service is restored.

A rental car is highly recommended for this location. Taxis will be unreliable, especially in the evenings.

Hiking: Hike to Magens Bay (best to park at the beach, hike up, then return down)
Kid-friendly activities: Pirate’s Museum + VI Children's Museum (Havensite), Coral World (Coki), Parasailing (Sapphire Beach), ferry day trip to St. John

Island Tings
This is a tropical island. Lizards may sneak inside (they help with bugs), and you'll likely see a few wild critters from your balcony. We have monthly pest control and recommend keeping doors closed to avoid extra guests.
